the hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Les gets and very close to the chavanne ski lifts and gondola. The rooms were comfortable, but it’s hard to comment on anything else as the hotel was otherwise closed when we stayed there as we came at the end of the season! the reception lounge was cosy, and it looked like the restaurant would be nice when it’s open.

location is everything - the chalet Hotel Regina is in a perfect location. the staff on check in and throughout our stay could not have been better.

Fantastic hotel, great value for money and superb staff

This is a simple yet charming hotel with everything you need for a great stay. Rooms are bigger than expected for a ski hotel, very warm, comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Perfect for families. The staff are super friendly and help out with anything. The hotel is perfectly located, just a few minutes from the slopes with ski hire right next door. The restaurant did us a lovely meal for New Years eve and there are loads of find options on your doorstep. Overall we were happily surprised as the hotel was priced a little lower than others. Maybe because it doesn't have unnecessary frills and instead focusses on space, comfort and service.

Location is amazing.

Rooms were incredibly basic lacking simple things like a second pillow. Rooms are also poorly insulated for sound, would get woken up by people walking in the corridor and on the stairs.

close to the ski lift and shops. Helpful staff, clean room, cosy restaurant and bar.

breakfast was a little disappointing with food running out and no hot options. no tea/coffee making in room was disappointing.

Location was right in the heart of town

Power kept cutting off on 4th floor Noise from street was crazy when windows were open but then felt like I couldn't breath with the windows shut they need to pump fresh air into rooms

The location was absolutely perfect. Next to all the local amenities and super close to lifts

Stairway could have been cleaner. More pillows would also have been nice.

great, perfect location and very big and comfy

super location right in the middle of town... 3 bedroom apartment is very big with alot of space, nice lounge with big table... beds very comfy, would definitely return... supermarket next door, 3 min walk to the chairlift..

a bit noisy at night but earplugs help out

Location is very central Les Gets 2 minutes walk from the main lifts on the Front de Neige. Parking and ski room available.

Would stay again as location could not be better, staff were fantastic and lounge area was lovely.

Great location, really close to the Ski lifts, supermarket next door, in the centre of the village and near a bus stop if you want a day trip to Morzine. Hotel staff are very helpful and were really responsive whenever I contacted them with a question prior to travel. They arranged the transfer from the airport for us and that all worked really well. When we were there they were also really helpful. Our room was compact for four people, the hotel has a lovely lounge area though and this meant that we had somewhere to go and sit, relax and have a drink. We travelled with another family and it was also a great place for us all to meet.

Towels were not replaced each day. Reception did always give us new ones though if we asked.
