Heerlijk verblijf in een mooi, schoon hotel met vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk eten.

Heerlijk ontbijt en diner.Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel.Mooie grote kamer gemaakt van hout. Fijn zwembad en sauna.

Why is this fantastic 3 star not got a 4th?!

Everything was amazing: food was fantastic, the service friendly and professional, spa facilities very much appreciated after a day on the slopes. Location is good too - 5 minute walk into the centre. Or, a 1 minute walk up the hill (and down at the end of the day) for ski out/in.

I'm struggling to think of something we didn't like... so I'm not going to force it.

Séjour d’automne

Nous avons adoré la chambre familiale , cosy et chaleureuse, typique de la montagne. L’accueil était très chaleureux, Faustine a été de très bons conseils et très à l’écoute. L’hôtel est très proche du centre , nous avons pu y aller à pieds avec nos enfants de 2 et 5 ans. A 5 minutes en voiture de Alta Lumina Je recommande ce lieu , merci pour ce séjour Au plaisir !!

Heerlijk hotel

Fijn zwembad en Wellness met vriendelijke mensen, de bedden waren ook heerlijk in een hele ruime schone kamer. Er was een heel uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt en in de avond een geweldig dessertbuffet. We zullen het zeker aanraden, de volgende keer willen we wat langer blijven.

Bij het ontbijt was het erg druk op een wat kleine oppervlakte.

The views from the hotel are lovely, and the leisure facilities are good.

The receptionist spoke in very fast french and made no allowances for our poor understanding. We paid for a bigger room with a balcony, which we did get, but with a view of the car park and noisy neighbours. We went out for the evening and got back to find everything locked up, even though it was only 11:30. We had a lot of difficulty getting in. Our ' Luxury ' room was very small, and although fine for us, if you stay here over winter, with ski attire, it would definitely be a struggle.

Excellent holiday, lovely village, great hotel.

Room was lovely, breakfasts were good. We had booked half board, the evening meals were excellent. Nice bar area.

Excellent hotel in a great location.

Location was ideal for both skiers and non-skiers alike. Bar lounge area was very cosy and comfortable. We were on half board, breakfast was absolutely fine, dinner was really good. The rooms our party were allocated were all very comfortable.

Excellent Hotel. We had a thoroughly wonderful second stay in The Alpina.

Fabulous quiet hotel and Spa. Great location - not far to walk to everywhere. This was a return visit. Super skiing for the family. The Village is lovely too.

Top notch!

The SPA was small, but great! The staff was really nice and helpful. The restaurant had a good choice of 0,375 wines. Parking was available as well as closet for skis. If you have the skis you can hit the slopes / return to hotel from slopes ~30 metres away from hotel entrance which is a really good perk once your boots are on :)

If you're with kids and plan to have dinner at the hotel, double-check the menu or be prepared for no pasta scenario. Me and my wife liked the food, but my kid would've preferred something simpler. Not critique by any means, but something to be aware of for parents. Sometimes kids just want pasta, especially after a day at the slopes :)

A lovely stay in a beautiful alpine village.

The location of the hotel within the village is excellent. The staff looked very smart and were very friendly.

We were allocated a small double room, we have stayed there previously so was a bit disappointed with the size of the room, the bathroom and separate toilet were small.

Reasonable stay

the room was comfortable, shower too small and the bathroom was also too small. the staff was realy nice and the dinner in the hotel restaurant was nice.

WiFi was extremly slow and not usable realy.
