Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr gut. Den Kindern hat es toll gefallen.

es war alles in Ordnung.

Die Dusche im Zimmer lief nur sehr schlecht ab.

Mit Abstrichen zu empfehlen

Die Lage und Aqua World sowie das Frühstück

Hände weg vom Abendbuffet vllt an diesem Tag besonders schlecht definitiv mit 28,50€ ohne Softdrinks total überteuert. Auch der Bargeldfetisch bei den Freizeit-Angeboten passt nicht in die Zeit.

Abwechslungsreiche Freizeitangebote für Kinder aber Bastelangebote recht teuer, sehr tolles Schwimmbad im Haus mit Rutschen und Wellen, sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, gut ausgestattete Miniküche (Toaster wäre schön gewesen), alles sehr sauber

Leider nur eine Tischtennisplatte (kostenlos) - bitte noch mehr aufstellen, zuviele kostenpflichtige Automaten und Spieltische (3 Billard, 2 Airhockey, 2-3 Automaten, 2 Flummikicker, ..) im Freizeitbereich

Winter Wonderland

Die Lage vom Hotel und das Ambiente waren einzigartig. Super fanden wir natürlich die Möglichkeit zum Rodeln und das Schwimmbad.

Schade war das manche Sachen, wie zb die Bowling Bahn wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen waren. Und die Ausstattung in der Küche ist Ausbaufähig, zb eine Mikrowelle wäre super hilfreich.

Die Kinderanimation sowie die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Tolles Schwimmbad.

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Kinderangebot aber schlechten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage und mit vielen Angeboten für Kinder.

Parken für Hotelgäste mit 7 Euro am Tag zu teuer. Getränke und Essen im Hotel ist ebenfalls überteuert.

Schöner Urlaub mit den beiden Enkelkindern

Schöne Lage und schöne Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder, schönes Spaßbad, aber sehr, sehr glatte Bodenfliesen.

Es fehlt im Zimmer eine Fußbank für Kinder im Bad . Leider gibt es am Abend kein normales Restaurant, leider nur Halbpension möglich.

Breakfast was very good with a large selection. The view from the restaurant was very panoramic. Good family stay.

They have such a good pool but very limited hours. We were not able to use it. Not sure they were short on staff or summer is their off season. Many of the features such as bars were not open.

I liked it very much because there where alternatives for me for my special diet. My husband missed a bit varity.

They should have told us that the swimming pools were closed.

The apartment was really warm, so not heating problems at all. This was cool after long days in the snow.

The apartments do not have a room service. Toilet paper has to be asked for at reception, which can be really ebarassing, garbage bins are disgusting, not even a tea towel in the kitchen.

Children's area was very nice, but the opening hours were to short.

The staff was very unpolite. Also, when checking out, it was such a crazyness in the main hallway.

Possibilities for children, the pool and bowling area were nice, landscape around is amazing

Clean air, beautifull view and silence area...

Parking place is really far from the hotel entrance. I recommend to travellers first to drop their staff in front of the hotel. Breakfast was not as written... Should be better for this kind of hotel... It was not mentioned that the pool was closed while making the reservation.

Staff doesn't speak English. A lot of injured guys from bikepark an there are not a single wheelchair.
