Old World Charm

Lovely Swiss hotel with Old World Charm. Loved the bathtub with a beautiful view. Delicious meals as well and enjoyed watching Eurocopa with the Swiss. Pool nice and warm as well. Also enjoyed the sax and guitar music at the birthday celebration.

That you have to walk 15 minutes to get to Lake Lucerne and swim from the hotel since I suppose the entranceway is private right in front of the hotel as there are houses located there.

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage am See war herrlich, trotzdem nicht zu überlaufen. Besonders gut hat uns das Abendessen geschmeckt. Die Küche war vorzüglich.

Hôtel tranquille aux portes de la nature offrant de belles prestations

Un hôtel propre, spacieux, un espace wellness très correct ( sauna finlandais, bio, hammam/ piscine extérieure)dans un environnement naturel magnifique en retrait de la ville. Des chambres spacieuses et très confortables. La salle de bain peut être un peu petite mais bon le reste est parfait. Le restaurant délicieux. Un personnel très accueillant, souriant et professionnel. Nous avons adoré. Nous reviendrons. Laure et Matthias

Perfect weekend to relax

Our stay was really pleasant. The location is breathtaking. The swimming pool and the wellness centre were our favorite parts, perfect to relax and enjoy the nature around. Breakfast was good and with plenty of choice.

Unfortunately, our bathroom was quite small and the shower was only separated by a curtain. Anyway, it was clean and good for one night.

Cozy, well-located and panoramic hotel

Position lake-view, extremely nice and helpful personnel, the outside pool and the wellness area are absolutely enjoyable.

The hotel requires some renovation. I would have appreciated a breakfast with a selection of local jams, honeys, breads, cheeses.

One of the best stays in the Alps ever !

A great hotel in a beautiful location with a magical view of the Lake of the Four Cantons. Elegant suite with lake view and beautiful bathroom. Tasty breakfasts and sensational surroundings. Pool, spa area and sauna. Plus the beautiful architecture of the building. Smiling and helpful staff. We stayed longer and would love to return !!!

Friendly and professional staff. Great view of Luzern lake and Rigi mountains. Very good public transport connection (bus/ship/train). Very nice hiking pathway around the hotel (especially for early morning hiking/jogging). Close to all tourist attractions around the Rigi and Vitznau region including RigiKulm, cable car, Spa, and wellness in the Kaltbad region. The hotel itself has great wellness and Spa, Jacuzzi with a lake view. Overall it highly recommended for the holiday season

We Thought the hotel was Direct to the Lake, no With that Road on the middle... The Pic was showing a bit diferent. But anyways, was really nice ;)

Stopover on Lake Lucerne

This is on the shore of Lake Lucerne. it was a stopover hotel for us on the long journey from Greece to the UK. we arrived at the ferry to take us across Lake Lucerne too late. after a panic, the hotel calmly helped us with directions for a further 50 kms around the lake, reassuring us that the restaurant would remain available to us on arrival. all tuned out well. we had a delightful stopover, with particularly helpful and jolly staff who are clearly proud of their hotel - always a very good sign.

there was nothing to dislike. we didn't spend enough time to explore the facilities of the hotel as we could see there were walks as well as outside eating. the view over the lake couldn't be beaten.

The best sunsetview hotel so far

The VIEW! We had the best sunset of this year so far (depending on your room type). We spent the whole evening on the balcony. The whole hotel just has place! Plenty of parking lots, beautiful wellness terrasse with the VIEW. Outdoor dining area with the VIEW. In the room all our stuff had its place and we can still have enough space to move around freely. Hotel staff are all extremely friendly. Location is great too. Even if it is not located at the ceter but 10 minutes walk you reach the beach and 16minutes at the center. The is also outdoor seminar space with the view. Almost forgot, the lift! We loved the fact that it reacts very fast. Not like the modern lifts that will take a while to react. You press the button and it lifts or drops immediately. :)

The balcony could be a tiny bit bigger. We do not want to sit the whole evening with a twisted body so we turned the chairs facing the view. I could just sit down but a bigger guy like my husband will have problem with the knees. But the view compensated all. :) The breakfast could be a bit more comparing with the other performance of the hotel.

Beautiful view Hotel at Lake Vierwaldstättersee

A little outside of Vitznau, but they have a Hotel shuttle. The view is stunning. When you wake up in the morning and watch out of the window, you have a beautiful view to lake Vierwaldstättersee. We eat breakfast outside as the weather was fantastic. I would love to go there again, as we missed the beautiful sunset and the spa area.

The hotel rooms are nice, the toilet/shower maybe a little older, but the price we paid was absolutely ok.
