Amazing stay beautiful views great staff…5 star stay at a 3 star price

Breath taking sights we got bumped up on our guest room. Staff was amazing. They were helpful informative and went out of their way to ensure your stay was pleasant…should be a 5 star stay

It is a bit of a distance from the city center but it does have a bus station right outside where you can take a 10-15min bus drive to the main city and the ferry.

So far the hotel with the best view as far as Im concerned.

Very good

Nice large clean room. Coffee machine and tea facilities too. Beautiful lake side location. Even offered blankets during our evening meal to keep us warm.

Room got very hot at night. Luckily there was a fan (and umbrella!) in the wardrobe.

Incredible view! Drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening from the balcony while overlooking Lake Lucerne was relaxing and romantic. The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly

We only had dinner in the restaurant one evening and weren’t overly impressed with our meals, particularly for the price. Perhaps it was just the dishes we ordered,

Passable

The hotel did not object to the fact that the exit was blocked due to the marathon. Instead of a city tour, we have to pack our bags and flee.

Veru Nice hotel!!

Very convenient location. 20 meters from bus stop and with the tickets that provides you the reception and is free you are in 15’ in town’s center. Just in the front of the Luzern lake with beautiful view !!! Nice room and comfortable bed. The bathroom is also very comfortable !!! The personal and special Stefan very friendly and always ready to help you .

It could be better

The breakfast is limited. If you go to restaurant one hour later then you will not find what looking for like the nuts 🌰. You ask the tell you no more . You come next day you don’t find it any more .

Attitude of some of the staff . May be and I hope I am wrong . At arrival the staff were very hospitable. When we left they weren’t. For example the lady told me that I told her the day before departure my room no were 201 instead of 210 which I didn’t. Even if I did it was in the past and I was wondering why she told me that I gave her the wrong room number which is relevant to my departure.

No frills hotel, delicious meal, spectacular location.

The view was spectacular, the staff were friendly and the restaurant was very good. It was full of happy locals, which is always a good sign!

The rooms were functional, rather than luxurious - motel-style with no frills.

Underwhelming stay

The restaurant has a beautiful view of Lake Lucerne. There's also a bus stop in front of the hotel.

There is no air conditioning in this hotel, so if you visit during summer the room can get pretty hot (even with a small fan). There were bugs in the room. The restaurant had absolutely awful service and it was very expensive for average food. However, they have a nice continental breakfast. The bed mattress was very hard.
