Experiencia en el hotel de Florencia

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, todo esta cerca

El baño y regadera estan afuera del cuarto no sabemos si era comunitario, la regadera era muy pequeña y se tapaba y se inundaba... en la madrugada tenia que salirme de mi habitación para ir a ese baño que estaba en el pasillo

Dirty gilty kip .. feel completely discussed .

Nothing about our stay at this location was good . It was flity very damp room 102 was a complete disgrace. Bug infested dehumidifier on full time in the corner because of the damp . We only stayed 4 of your 5 night and that was only because we could not find another place to stay.

Please read above. Also when we complained the receptionist gave us a number to call in Rome and said nothing she could do . Dismissed us like its all happened before she new the complaintwas coming. .. Can not believe booking.com had this property on there offerings Would not let a dog stay there.. We did try and contact booking.com but got no reply as well. We have used your Company for many years. Any nothing like this has happened before .. totally destroyed out experience of Florence. Very disappointed.

Location

The doorbell says “affittacamere”, and that’s what this place is: a dirty, poorly maintained collection of units scattered in the building (not a hotel). The only amenity is the option of storing luggage after checkout. We understand there is little that can be done to upgrade the extremely small elevator, but they should definitely put more effort into room maintenance and cleaning. Ours was on the ground floor (extremely dark), and the bathroom had quite a lot of black mold and no ventilation whatsoever. People with allergies will have a hard time breathing in there. We constantly heard people coming and going from the hallway (where they kept a bike next to an old, filthy stove?!?), and we saw people walking in front of our window in multiple instances. The very old wooden floor in the room was gross. The white comforter had stains on it. We loved the location, but we won’t be staying here again. I beg you, keep looking for a hotel because there are better options at this price point.

La ubicación era muy céntrica. Se puede llegar a todos lados caminando. El personal muy amable, también pudimos dejar el equipaje tanto cuando llegamos como después del check out. Nos tocó una habitación apartada, en la planta baja con un patio interno, que solo usábamos nosotros porque al estar apartado, nadie se acercaba. Fue una grata sorpresa

Hyvä tällä sijainnilla ja jos hinta luokka säilyy esim. tuossa 80 - 110 hinta tasossa

Sijainti oli kyllä hyvä hinta /laatu suhteeseen verrattuna. Ihan hyvä vaihtoehto lähellä 100 metrin päässä olevaa nähtävyys palatsia. Liikenne melu ei kuulunut huoneeseemme, joka oli alimmassa kerroksessa. Se oli hyvä asia.

Huoneen lämmityspatterin venttiili oli jumittunut kiinni,joten huoneessa lämpötila oli korkealla. Henkilökunta kyllä kävi ystävällisesti katsomassa/korjaamassa,mutta patterin lämpöä ei täysin kuitenkaan saatu suljettua. Tässä pieni vinkki hotellille,että vaihtaa patteriventiilin.

Il centro che ti aspetti

Posizione centrale ottima,. La struttura è posizionata davanti al palazzo Pitti e a 5 minuti dal ponte vecchio. La camera si presenta luminosa e pulita. Arredo semplice ma accogliente.

Bagno troppo piccolo e doccia trascurata. Avrebbe bisogno di essere svecchiato. Ascensore molto stretto, quasi claustrofobico , ma comprensibile visto l'età dello stabile.

Brudna nora przy Placu Pitti

To właściwie nie jest hotel tylko.pokoje do wynajęcia w kamienicy gdzie mieszkają stali lokatorzy. Kompletny brak pomocy przy walizkach.Starożytna winda z trudem.mieszcząca 1 osobę i dwie walizki Żona musiała stać w obskurnym korytarzu i czekać aż dowiozę 4 walizki najpierw do recepcji na 3.piętrze a potem na 7.pietro gdyż winda była zbyt ciasna dla 2 osób. Bardzo zły stan sypialni, przedpokoju. i łazienki. Ciasno. Brudne ściany ze śladami zabitych owadów. Na suficie sypialni brzydkie białe plamy. W szafie na ubrania 5 drucianych nędznych wieszaków z pralni, na których z trudem utrzymywał się nawet sweter. Zgodnie z opisem w pokoju miała być lodówka, której oczywiście nie było.W kabinie prysznica czarna pleśń między płytkami a drzwi kabiny już dawno powinny być wymienione..Obdrapane i mocno zniszczone drzwi i okna ze skrzypiącymi zawiadami.. Pokój miał mieć widok na miasto a w rzeczywistości widok był obrzydliwy na studnię podwórza i dachy okolicznych domów. Ze studni podwórza dochodziły hałasy i kuchenne odory z mieszczących sie na parterze pomieszczeń - chyba restauracji. Balkonik 80 cm szerokości i 185 cm długości z trudem mieścił stoliczek i 2 krzesła. Wszystko brudne i obdrapane.Na plus trzeba zaliczyć czystą pościel i ręczniki i sympatyczną obsługę w recepcji. Cena absolutnie nie adekwatna do oferowanego standardu.

First night not well, the other's real good.

The stuff was really nice. When we got there, the building was really old and confusing, and the room we got had no air conditioning and was not like the photos. When we explained the stuff t took Tham about 4 hours to fix the air conditioning and only the they later they moved us to a fine room. First night was bad, but the others in the different room were good. The stuff especially were really kind.

Good basic accommodation in the perfect location.

It was in a brilliant position-easy to walk to all the major attractions. Also it was pleasantly quiet bing in a restricted traffic area. Every one of the staff we met were friendly and extremely helpful. Also good WiFi

The room was pretty basic and could have been more comfortable-lacking a chair to relax in after a hard day’s sightseeing.

good if you aren’t a light sleeper

This property has a great location with plenty of food and interesting things to see. the shared bathroom is quite nice, and the rooms were very comfortable.

the walls were very thin (I’m a very light sleeper), so I ended up being woken up several times throughout each the night by the lift, people getting in late, the room next to me, etc.

the single room is very small and is hard to reach being on 8th floor with an old elevator.

The room was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was an idyllic little getaway, and I had everything I required. The bed and pillows were ultra comfortable.

The room was clean, as was tge bathroom, and the hostel is situated near Palazzo Pitti, so it is very central. The owners were lovely, too.

The only problem were the midges. They got in every time we opened the window, and when we realized that and were trying to get some fresh air opening the door of the room instead of the window, they got in that way too. It would be a good idea to install a fly screen - with the room being very small, it is impossible to stay there without opening the window every now and then, especially in the summer (we stayed there in December and even then there were lots of midges).

The location is fantastic and the price was excellent

The rooms are quite old, they need at least to be painted. There were lots of mosquitoes. But the worst were the dead mosquitoes on the walls.

The bed was very comfortable!

There was no hot water for our 2 night stay. It was not conveniently located (an 18 minute walk to the tram). Staff never responded when I advised there was no hot water. It was kind of noisy.

Good value for money in Florence

It's a very small hotel located in a building opposite the Palazzo Pitti. The room has a good size, the bed is comfortable and there is a charming balcony. The staff is very nice and polite and gave us all the information we needed. Bed linen is clean and comfortable and there are toilet amenities. The location is central, next to cafés and restaurants.

There is no fridge in the bedroom and the lift is too small. A person who is overweight woudldn't have been able to enter in it.

Overpriced, staff work from 9 am till 5 pm, so no help or service from 5 pm till the next morning, they haven't restock the body wash and couldn't ask for it beacuse no one there. honstly an airbnb would have much better.
