Es war gut

die nähe zum Strand war super. einmal über die Straße und man ist da. Sauber war das Hotel auch und freundliches Personal und immer da. Es wurde sich immer sofort gekümmert. Frühstück ist viel mit Kuchen und so aber ich denke für die Region normal. Die Außenanlagen sind top gepflegt und der Pool sauber. Ich war zufrieden.

Jó szívvel ajánlom.

A szobák tiszták és modernek voltak. A személyzet rendkívül barátságos. Nagyon jó helyen van a szálloda. A homokos parttól csak az úttest választja el, a partra a belépő ingyenes volt a szálloda vendégei számára, amihez járt 1 napernyő és két napágy. A közelben nagyon jó éttermek.

A reggeli méltatlanul szegényes volt. A svédasztal (szinte csak péksütemények), keveredett a kérhető, kiporciózott villásreggelivel. A zöldség-gyümölcs kínálat szinte nulla. Azon van mit javítani.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel

La chambre était propre en arrivant, bien agencée et le ménage a été très bien fait tous les jours Le petit déjeuner comporte beaucoup de sucré (viennoiseries, croissants fourrés, pain, confiture…) et très peu de salé (œufs brouillés, tomates, charcuterie… - non proposé au buffet, à demander aux serveurs et non à volonté) Emplacement de l’hôtel : mitigé - Génial car hôtel devant la plage, avec un accès gratuit aux transats - Moins top car excentré du centre ville, nous devons prendre la ligne de bus D qui passe très très rarement (et les horaires de passage ne correspondent pas du tout à ce qui est écrit sur l’application des bus AMTS) Nous nous sommes rabattus sur des trottinettes électriques « Lime » qui nous ont été très utiles pour nous rendre jusque dans le centre-ville sans attendre quotidiennement 2 heures à l’arrêt de bus. Pour information : l’arrêt de bus devant l’hôtel s’appelle Kennedy Est et l’arrêt du centre ville s’appelle Piazza Borsellino. Le personnel est très serviable et accueillant, rien à redire La piscine est très bien entretenue, un robot nettoyeur y est disposé chaque nuit. Les abords sont très propres, par contre premier arrivé premier servi pour les transats le matin ! L’hôtel propose une carte pour manger à la piscine le midi, mais attention les prix sont assez chers, 20 € pour une salade Pour la restauration le soir, l’hôtel dispose des grandes tables rondes autour de la piscine, cadre très sympa, mais énormément de moustiques malgré toutes les bougies à la citronnelle disposées au sol. Menu digital très varié à scanner sur le téléphone, mais prix toujours très chers, et nourriture pas forcément de qualité. Nous avons commandé un tiramisù pensant qu’il serait fait maison, nous nous sommes finalement retrouvés avec un tiramisù dans un contenant en plastique qui venait du supermarché d’à côté… Je note notre expérience dans cet hôtel de 7/10

Für eine Nacht ok, aber für mehr Tage sollte der Standard höher sein.

Lage, Aussenanlage, freundliches Personal.

Etwas überholt, Zimmer zwar sauber, aber renovierungsbedürftig. Die Fenster sollten Mückengitter haben.

Vyhovovalo nám ubytování vzhledem k vlastnímu parkovišti.

Se snídaní jsme byli spokojeni, dostatečně pestrá.

Sprchový kout nebyl zrovna čistý. V rozích byl černá plíseň. Po žádosti v recepci byla sjednána náprava.

Séjour de retour

L'emplacement avec la proximité de la plage et de l'aéroport

Le matelas du lit n'est pas confortable et il n'y avait personne au bar pour nous servir un verre. En passant par le restaurant pour être servi, nous avons été ignoré au moins 15mn avant de renoncer et d'aller boire un verre et manger ailleurs.

Hotel is fair for the money but would need to renew a few things and improve breakfast

The hotel is well located near the beach and the centre of Catania is easy to reach by bus. Beach is nice with fine sand. Pool is OK but needs some renovation. Dinner at the hotel was good

Breakfast was disappointing and no variation, poor choice of bread, toaster did not always work, poor choice of cheese, ham etc. The bar near the pool offered only a few warmed-up things. Matrasses of our beds were worn out.

Really disappointing customer service

I am furious that it is almost 4 weeks since I was meant to enjoy my holiday at Le Dune Sicily, and I am still waiting for the hotel to provide me with my voucher for my missed accommodation (as promised by reception when I first phoned) for not being able to use the room. I'm really unimpressed that after all of my emails and phone calls, you continue to ignore me. I paid a lot of money to your hotel - your guests deserve better.

Very basic and disappointing.

Only the proximity to the airport.

Catering was only bar snack level. The room was very small, in need of a major overhaul, and no toiletries etc., and the main door lock was faulty.

Little hideaway near the airport!

Most of the staff were helpful. It is not fun working in a heatwave, especially when the job is outdoors, but they were always jovial. Breakfast was a delight. Lots of beautiful pastries to choose from (Italian style breakfast), as well as continental and cooked breakfast options. Most of the hotel rooms have front doors to the outside (private access) rather than in an internal corridor. There is lots of trees and vegetation around which keeps it private. It is in need of renovation, however the style is typical old sicilian and keeps the prices sensible. I had a friendly gecko in my room.. which is a natural mosquito repellent, and wasn't bothered by it. There is also private parking which is a huge bonus, and there was aircondition in the room which was vital in the heatwave. There is also access to the beach lido opposite the hotel for free. I didn't utilise this. The hotel is 5 mins from the airport.. a little gem

The top floor rooms have no lift access. This should be noted in the booking, but when I arrived at 1am, the person at reception kindly helped me take my case upstairs. There doesn't seem to be a policy to remove unattended towels on sunbeds.. and some individuals were reserving sunbeds by placing towels and not be present at the pool.

Location is fine. The beach near the property it’s a bit dirty. Entrance to the beach is included in you stay. Housekeeping is excellent,?the same as the bar and restaurant staff. All of them 10 points!

Mattress in the room was very old, hard and extremely uncomfortable. The restaurant offers the same food every single day. No variations. It’s a bit annoying when you spend a few weeks in there. There is lack of staff in the pool restaurant. Also I ordered a fruit plate 3 consecutive days and it was presented always different. First day in a plate, second day in a cup and third day in a carton glass. Portion was smaller every day. This is not good

Passable overnight stop to be close to the airport. Would not recommend for a holiday.

Access to the Private Beach Club was a bonus.

The room was located next to reception and had an adjoining room. Large gaps under the doors and no sound proofing meant a night of no sleep, not helped by the pillows which felt like bricks. Rooms very basic and lacking any soft touches.

From outside the property looks nice Close to the airport so really practical for an early or late flight Easy access to the beach

The rooms clearly need a remodeling … I regret paying that much for that type of service Beds are uncomfortable, shower tub dirty, not all the staff was nice, outdoor music so depending on your room it can be really loud

The hotel complex and the pool is nice. Rooms are okay. The access to the beach is very nice.

The rooms could be cleaner and the inventory could be renovated here and there but it is okay. Overall, the value for money is questionable. In Germany you would expect a higher standard when paying over 160 EUR per night. But we booked on very short notice and others probably paid less (there was a school trip group in the hotel as well).
