Great place to stay

Great and varied breakfast, nice, central location, fast checkin and checkout

there is no parking, you have a private parking next to the hotel, it's quite pricey but you can get a discount card from the lobby, the parking spaces are tight also.

ótimas instalações e serviço, porém com custo acima da média

ótimo café da manhã, com diversidade de produtos, mesmo no final do horário havia disponibilidade de todos os itens oferecidos. Ótimo atendimento da equipe, sempre dispostos a resolver as solicitações. O hotel fica a menos de 1000mts da Gran Via, longe do grande movimento, mas com muitos restaurantes e comércio próximo, e ao lado da estação de metrô. Excelente padrão de limpeza em todas as áreas e acomodações. Acomodações com baixo ruído externo.

Os colchões não são confortáveis, aparentemente com muito tempo de uso, apresentando pequeno afundamento na parte central. O preço cobrado é um pouco acima da média para o mesmo padrão e localização

Cet hôtel est une honte pour le groupe Mélia.

Cet hôtel n'est pas un 5 étoiles ! Les bruits de la rue sont assourdissants, le responsable de cet hôtel répond à ceux qui s'en plaignent qu'il y a du double vitrage, oui c'est vrai mais il a plus de 20 ans et le bruit est intense. D'ailleurs apparement ils offrent des bouchons d'oreilles. Ah oui, le responsable dit aussi que dans les étage supérieurs c'est mieux, nous étions au 12ème et dernier étage, une horreur sans les boules Quiès. Si vous avez de la chance vous pourrez avoir une place dans la piscine. Oui cette piscine n'est pas exploitée par l'hôtel donc vous devez demander un créneau. Ce qui veut dire que ce n'est pas quand vous voulez, par exemple pour vous détendre après une journée de marche. C'est donc de la publicité mensongère. Bref cet hôtel n'est pas au niveau et ce n'est pas un emplacement correct ou un petit déjeuner qui sont à même de relever la note. Fuyez !

Great location and excellent service

The hotel is well placed for visiting the city on foot or by subway. The level of service from the staff is excellent: from front desk to doormen, to cleaning staff, everyone was polite and helpful. We booked the Level and were very happy with the extra comfort offered by the full-day lounge access and guest services. We had a great view over the city, and the room was compact, but light and airy. Breakfast was good, and the drinks and snacks on offer through the day were very welcome. The Pool and spa area was clean and well managed so it was never crowded.

The only small disappointment was that the swimming pool didn't open until late morning, which made it more tricky to book a convenient spot. An early morning opening time would have been easier to fit into our schedule.

Overpriced badly renovated rather 3 star experience

Breakfast was ok, not good enough for the price though

Poor quality of room, hotel is very old and poorly renovated. Entrance is ok but as soon as you pass it you’ll hit 80s contraction style.

Muy cómodo y genial para una estancia por trabajo

La habitación era genial y muy cómoda para trabajar, además de la relajante bañera. La cama muy grande también, espectacular! La situación del hotel muy buena y el personal amable.

La parte de la terraza / jardín trasero tenía una parte en obras y restaba encanto, por apuntar algo

It was romantic and fabulous .. A wonderful location to walk to many places . I love another stay!

The chef from Venezuela was so friendly and kind... The service was incredible. Always use the extra price for the level experience... it was what made it so special. Maria was amazing and helped make the stay fabulous.

My partner did not arrive one night but they made me pay for all 4 nights for him instead of 3 and never got back with me. Communication with the hotel is very difficult and sometimes they didn't respond to messages and emails. That is a disconnect for me. I need good communication before and after the stay.

Great!

Extremely nice hotel. Fantastic breakfast, nice interior and it smells great everywhere. Expensive but worth it!

Although I stayed on the 9th floor I woke up several times during the night because of traffic and construction noises outside.

Mini gym, very small they call it « Spa » but it’s just swimming pool and jacuzzi. Staff is not welcoming, not smiling at all, some of them don’t speak English

צוות המלון מעולה, גישה נעימה ושרותית, חדר מרווח ,נקי ,מרחק הליכה קצר של כ- 5 דקות לכיכר ספניה שזה תחילת הגראד ויה מהצד של המלון, לא אכלנו במלון כך שאין לנו אינדיקציה לכך

A modern and clean hotel in a central location. Great facilities although the pool needs to be booked in advance. The room was spacious and comfortable, it had all the little extras you would need like a dressing gown, rituals body care and a well stocked mini bar. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff in the dining room were exceptional, extremely professional and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, they made you feel very looked after.

Upclass hotel in central Madrid, creating a luxurious repose.

Very good dinner options in the hotel. We used the bar on the evening before the opera and the restaurant the first night. Both offered courteous prompt service and very fine food. Lovely view from the rooms on the higher floors. Location next to taxi stop and metro made transport very easy.

The free ticket for the swimming pool was a nice gesture, made me wonder about the reason to limit the visits.
