I wish to repeat my stay there!

I really enjoyed my stay. The food was great with variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The staff of the hotel (receptionists, cleaning ladies, restaurant workers...) was really helpful and nice, always wlecoming you with a smile. My room was very spacious, well equipped and had a big balcony with dry rack what was very useful. Towels were changed every day, beds made and bathroom cleaned. Hotel organizes concerts and other attractions to entertain the guests. I liked sauna and hammam, just a tip, you need to inform the reception if you want to use it as they need to turn it on. Receptionists are mentioning this during check in but some people miss this information. Muchas gracias por su amabilidad. Me gustaria volver pronto!

Maybe I would just add a kettle in the room.

Nice hotel, our rooms had good view of the beach. Evening entertainment could be better, way too boring, we had to enter

The cleaning staff and the staff in the restaurant were very kind and accommodating.

I arrived at this hotel with my partner after showing up to the hotel that we actually booked, which was another Sabina hotel about ten minutes away. No one informed us of the closing of the property that we booked and no one apologized/provided an explanation as to why it was even available to book online if it was actually closed upon our arrival. The air conditioning barely works, and never reaches a cool/comfortable temperature regardless of how low the setting. The beds are rock hard and easily slide away from eachother. There were spiders in our room, and random hooks left on the wall where a mirror or art work could have previously hung. When we asked to iron, the front desk literally gave us an iron without the board to go along with it. This is not up to 4 star standards for Europe. I would liken it to a four star in a country with a much worse economic situation. It looks appealing in pictures, but the signs of wear and tear are often to be found. I would absolutely not recommend staying here. Spend your money on any of the other hotels in the area.
