Good stay

Location was fantastic, just 2 minutes walk from the balcon de Europa and very close to all restaurants and stores of the town. Bed and pillows very comfortable, garage with lift not a fantastic experience but good to have it because it is a nightmare to find parking outside. NIce small pool on the roof. Nice touch a bottle of water in the room.

Not super clean for my standards but decent.

The staff at the pool were lovely. It was very clean.

The air con never actually got cold. The WiFi didn’t work in the room or by the pool.

Good hotel for a short stay but you wouldn’t book for more than a few days.

Excellent position in the centre of the town, near all the bars and restaurants.

Not good for anyone with mobility issues due to stairs. Very noisy between rooms, you could hear other guests very clearly and a lot of noise from the reception.

Wonderful location, right in the center of the plaza near Balcon de Europa, walking distance to everything!

The fact that its location is fantastic, also means you hear a little more noise and late at night. Bring ear plugs and it's perfect !

Apart from our roof top restaurant experience our stay was most enjoyable

It is quality throughout and staff excellent.

The menu in rooftop restaurants was not great. Food was poor. Paid for chunky chips and got straw fries. Complained and given a free sweet.

Great hotel, excellent location, but ask for a quiet room if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel is centrally located making going out in the evening very enjoyable. Even so it was not too difficult to get to by car and if you can find a space and leave it there great. If not there are paid car parks within a couple of minutes walk. The staff were very helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, food was good.

My only issue with the hotel is that I am a very light sleeper and I didn't think to ask for a quiet room. So we were literally on the first floor overlooking the street and above the hotel entrance so I found it difficult to sleep. Had we stayed out late, or asked for a quieter room this hotel would have been perfect.

comfortable , clean and well located. However location was not a major benefit over last few “noisy” days of festival

we were originally placed in room 206 before requesting a move to 212. room 206 is totally unsuitable, certainly from a health and safety perspective, and is not a proper hotel room.

Good location with many restaurants close.

Our friends were supposed to have identical room but ended up in a much smaller and cramped room. Bar at the hotel was no longer open.

Great value, location, stylish and spotlessly clean

Hotel was immaculately clean, staff pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect to enjoy the town, The lady in the poolside bar, was fantastic, always striving tp provide excellent customer service.
