L’accueil le personnel le réceptionniste le night le personnel de chambre le p’tit déjeuner bcp de choix l’emplacement incroyable stratégique au centre de tout !! Tout est à proximité vraiment magnifique !!! Les chambres incroyablement propre 👌👌👌

hôtel à rénover un peu vieillissant salle de bain à rénover pas de douchette pas de téléphone en chambre mais chambre très très propre et confortable très spacieuse bcp de rangement grand balcon demander vue plage pas vue piscine car on voit les toits sales des infrastructures

Toilets don’t have water taps to clean ourselves which is quite unexpected in Morocco! . There’s not even a water kettle in the toilet .. I hope management will reconsider this ..

Poor facilities with above average staff.

Good location. Staff were helpful the majority of the time.

Constant noise from renovation work on the floors above, we weren't told about this on check-in, also weren't told about the A/C not working. Rooms weren't cleaned thoroughly enough, towels weren't replaced unless we asked them to, bedding changes were questionable, given we stayed there for 2 weeks. Cracked tiles by the pool, no repair work carried out, just a lounger placed on top to prevent anyone walking on them. Overall, it is not a pleasant stay, for the price paid, definitely not a 4-star, in my opinion. Feedback was given to a duty manager. Nothing has been received yet in the form of an email from senior management as promised before we left. When we were asked what compensation we'd like, we requested a partial refund, which wasn't possible due to the length of time we'd stayed at the hotel. I'm not sure I'd visit again unless all of the issues above are rectified and the price of the hotel stay was slashed.

Rapport qualité prix excellente et l’accueil du personnel très agréable .

L’accueil au petit soin , la piscine et la vue sur la baie . Le parking privé gratuit , l’accès à la plage en 5 minutes . Le petit dej est très fournit avec un choix assez varié .

Fantastic Seaview room made up for the tired, dated rooms

Fantastic location with sea view room.

The hotel is in need of an upgrade, floorboards are coming away, plug sockets falling off, bathroom needs a complete refurbishment.

Good stay for the price

Beautiful view and balcony, bed were comfy, room was big and spacious. Perfect location to explore everything in Agadir and you're near the beach. Breakfast variety was great but the quality was poor to be honest.

Aircon didn't work, shower didn't work and kept getting cold. The chair and table in the balcony was super rusty. Breakfast wasn't so good.

C'est un établissement qui peut avoir son 5 même étoile sur tous les plans. Cependant matière de cuisine notamment le déjeuner et le dîner il faut faire encore des efforts. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait. Le personnel du restaurant notamment les serveurs sont parfaits, très aimables et très professionnels. Nous pouvons aussi remercier l'excellent travail des femmes de chambre qui nous ont donné le sentiment que nous étions chez nous.

Nous n'avons apprécié de payer notre séjour à l'hôtel dès le premier jour avant de rentrer dans notre chambre. Normalement dans tous hôtels du monde, les clients payent à la fin du séjour.

Difficult review to write as the hotel was in the midst of a complete renovation of many of its facilities i.e. no swimming pool, terrace, A/C etc but they did warn us in advance of this. Location very central to beach, Agadir centre etc and staff friendly, professional and gave us exactly the room I prerequested. Room itself was spacious, comfortable, elderly but well maintained and the breakfast buffet was really good. Lots of choices and nicely served. Overall (and within the limitations & lack of facilities!) we enjoyed our stay.

Very few of the facilities expected of a 4* hotel available in December 22.
