Pools and rooms were fine when arrived, the last few days no one came to clean room or gave fresh towels even though we had the note on door
The food was very poor there was a group of 5 of us staying in which none of could eat down stairs nor many options and the options that are there isn’t what you want to eat never mind on holiday, had to keep eating out , the bar at the pool sometimes only has one person on at a time serving thousands of people and waited on a hot dog for 40 minutes , spent half our time waiting about , other than that was okay room was clean on arrival

Tisztaság nagyon nem jó, elhasznált fürdőszoba, öreg ágyak, szenvedő klíma, túl sok szabály a hotelben: 10.00-18.00 ig van nyitva a medence, nem lehet reggeli előtt úszni, kevés napozóágy vadászni kell, konditerem, amit vicces annak nevezni szintén 10.00-18.00 és nincs benne az árban, fizetős személyenként!!!

I love this complex it's perfect location for everything, whether it be pubs,restaurants, or heading to the beach! The staff are so friendly from being greeted at the front desk on check-in to the pool staff helping me get an umbrella to have some shade I couldn't fault it
There is nothing I could fault this hotel but maybe another mirror in the room wouldn't go a miss, speaking from 2 ladies sharing a room

Great value for money. Air conditioned rooms were top-class. Location was absolutely perfect. the rooms are of a good size & have everything you need!
There were renovations or something similar being carried out during our stay, this lead to a lot of noise in our room.

The location was good and the pool was lovely and warm
We had an issue when we were checked out of the hotel we noticed we had forgotten a GHD steam pod (value €260) and when we got incontact with a friend staying close to the columbus we asked them to contact the hotel as we couldn't get through on the phone to go and receive the steam pod they informed us that the room hadn't been cleaned yet so they didn't know if it was their or not so when are friend went down to the hotel they sent a cleaner up and check the room they informed us that it was not their but it was infact left in the room as we had just used it that morning before we checked out. We were very disappointed with the way we were treated and informed that the room hadn't been clean so the steam pod should have still been their because we left it cooling on the cooker. We will not be staying here again which we were disappointed with as this was are third time staying in the hotel and never had an issue before and we would have highly recommended the hotel to family and friends. To think your property is not safe were you have paid to stay for a family holiday is unexceptible. I'm not excepting the loss of my property through the lack of management in your organisation.

the location and facilities were brilliant. good was great for all 3 meals and drink selection was great too - multiple pools to choose from and lots of sunbed so there was no mad morning rush. 5 minute walk from the beach and the strip. animation team were brill and very interactive

The hotel itself is ok and clean
The rooms weren’t cleaned, too many groups of young people you would think it’s an 18/30 hotel, running around hotel 4/5am screaming and banging doors, setting off fire alarm and food wasn’t the best choices, the food that was there was fresh but not suitable for kids, they do chicken nuggets for breakfast but not lunch or dinner

The location of the hotel is excellent, you can find lots of shops and cafes nearby which is an advantage. What positively surprised me was the food, really good, cannot say anything against it. The choice and diversity was more than enough for me.
My room was also very spacious with equally a spacious balcony where you could relax.
The room was not consistently cleaned, one day it was not cleaned at all. Sometimes I have got one soap, sometimes two pieces, at some point I bought a piece myself in the nearby supermarket.
What has amused me (and I have never experienced this before, first time experience ever while travelling), there was no toilet brush in the room... you would imagine such a simple thing to be natural, but it was not there.
The bed was not at all comfortable, I had a feeling I am sinking. Bed sheets were with holes and you could see that they might want to buy new ones.
The noice at nights was unbearable as well; I understand this is more about the behaviour of people staying in the hotel, but there were nights when I could not sleep and I am not sure this is something the hotel admins address. You could also easily hear what people discuss in the other room (not good either).
Internet was so-so but I bought a local SIM card which at the end was helpful.

It is not for couples over 30 and definitely not for families.
We did not use the pool at all for the 10 days as everyone was intimated by a huge amount of the travelling community that rudely took over it was horrendous.
No security to mange the absolutely outrageous behaviour of teenagers n early 20 year olds that went on till 5 in the morning then ye had the cleaners arguing at 730am and construction work been carried out absolute nightmare of a 10 day stay.... for our last 3 days we moved hotels.
We both love fun. Are easy going. but this hotel is only for kids to run a muck in

Great location very clean apartments and x 1 pool is heated. Room was cleaned every day and clean towels when needed.
Entertainment needs updating very poor. Daytime poolside entertainment wasn't motivated enough for families or young adults

Before Covid food selection and quality improved greatly, should’ve been four star! Now only a three star. The cooking of red meats, lamb, beef is too tough to chew, yes I have all my own teeth. Pork ribs lovely and tender and tasty, same as chicken, always cooked perfectly. Vegetables also cooked well and tasty.

Ottima la posizione, vicino al centro e alla spiaggia! Fermata del bus da e per l' aeroporto vicinissima! Lo staff molto gentile e rispettoso. Stanza ampia e pulita. Cibo internazionale abbastanza buono.
Unica pecca che c' erano sempre persone che facevano molta confusione fino alla mattina, anche tutta la notte e non si riusciva a riposare! Risate e urla continue! Credo che il personale dovrebbe essere più rigoroso in questi casi, per rispetto di chi va in vacanza anche per riposarsi.

Personnels professionnels et très agréables dans tous les domaines, environnement génial, les piscines sont nettoyées tout les matins, en bref => tout était parfait et à mon goût. Je projette de revenir l'année prochaine avec de nouveau ma famille en espérant que j'arriverai à parler un peu plus l'espagnol. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Il manque des tables et des chaises pour pouvoir profiter le soir d'un cocktail mais cela n'empêche en rien de pouvoir le/les déguster. 😜

L’hôtel est très joli - Les piscines sont top avec une chauffée et les équipements parfaits. Le restaurant est plus que convenable et la nourriture variée - Le personnel est très sympathique.et bienveillant.
Les touristes qui ne respectent rien et laissent leur déchets partout surtout autour de leur transats. Félicitations au personnel pour leur calme et leur pédagogie….

Персонал не очень добродушный, за исключением вышеперечисленных людей. Я сделал небольшой обзор отеля.. 8 мая, в интервале с утра и до обеда, я фотографировал переднюю часть отеля. Девушкам на ресепшене это очень не понравилось, я предложил ещё раз сделать кадр, есть не хотят чтоб они попали в объектив. Я удалил первый дубль и сделал повторный кадр, но уже без их лиц, но они все равно были очень недовольны и разговаривали очень Недружелюбно. Злость чувствовалось с их стороны. Напротив ресепшена сидел мужчина (худенький, пожилых лет),, то ли представитель отель, то ли продаёт какие-то услуги туристам.... Так он тоже подошёл ко мне и начал по хамски разговаривать, хотя я его даже близко не снимал на камеру...
Всего один бар, который вроде стоит рядом с бассейном, но нельзя туда подходить босыми ногами и мокрым!@@@!!!!!! Зачем тогда бассейн у бара!!??? За пластиковый стакан берут 1 евро, потом возвращают когда сдаёшь стакан (🙂🙂🙂🙂), только я купался в бассейне и потом не обнаружил у себя на столе стакан....
В номере сломанная кровать, на это никто не отреагировал. Вроде убирают номер, но никто не подметает и не моет полы... Ужас!!!!!

This is my second time staying here and once again, loved it.
We stayed in a one bed apartment which was perfect for us. There were 4 of us. The apartment was spotless and was cleaned every day. The entire complex was very clean also.
There are two pools, a jacuzzi and a kids pool. One of the pools was heated and was lovely to swim in.
Plenty of sun loungers.
We were self catering but paid for lunch in the restaurant downstairs one of the days. Plenty of selection and the food was lovely.
2 minute walk to the Superdino on the corner. Really handy location for las vistas beach, the safari centre (fountain) and Veronica’s.
The shower tray is very flat and as a result the bathroom floods quite easily while showering.

It was newly refurbished and very clean and frosh the only thing I would say wasn’t good was the sensor light in the bathroom you end up having a shower in the dark until it comes back on doesn’t give you enough time .

Very clean and the staff are very welcoming! Ac works well. The location is very good!
Currently going through a renovation on the 1st floor so if you’re on the 2nd expect to be woken up early with the sound of drills. Shower head was broken, they have updated the key system so it’s a struggle to open your room door.

The need to inform Disabled Buggy users like myself that there may not be enough charging points if hotel is going to be busy.@ peak holiday times (One Official Charging Point is not enough) to make hotel Disabled Friendly. I realise & have experienced that up to 2023 that people * who were not registered at the Columbus Hotel * were using the Charging Facilities.Would suggest proof of being a Disabled Guest @ the hotel be*Issued*.

Pools are simple, cold and warm water, jacuzzi. The location is central.
The cleaning of the room does not qualify. A lot of dirt. Many times missed cleaning. Meals very little and unvaried, everything is the same. In another hotel the food is much better

Stayed several times at the Columbus now and never ever had an issue with anything only ever stay in the studio bit so spacious and always really clean
Cleaners are quite loud early which doesn’t really affect me as I wear ear plugs but my husband often comments but definitely no reason not to stay

I have been here 5 times, and the location is spot on for a nice 10 min slow walk to the beach and near to everything. Staff friendly and helpful. Pools are great. It's not the ritz but a good standard place for the budget traveller. Rooms are good size and clean.
Noise from street outside goes late into night if you stay in apartment on outer part of hotel.

The food and facilities were good. Good location, close to the beach.
Some staff members were unfriendly, and the entertainer was absolutely rubbish and unprofessional. The timetable was always messed up, and we never knew what was going on. We were waiting for some games, but we're told that we missed that or it was canceled because of a lack of people. The enthusiasm of entertainers was equal to zero.
There wasn't any soap in the bathroom until we asked for it. But you can hire an iron for €15 which is ridiculous.

Forse cambiato cuoco e comunque sono rimasta stupita piacevolmente..
Posizione buona sia per vicinanza locali supermercati e fermata dei bus e taxi sotto hotel.
Camere con arredi da rimodernare, ma spaziose e bel.balcone all'ultimo piano come richiesto.
Materassi comodi, doccia maxi per due.
Pulizia tutti i giorni e cambio asciugamani.
