Locația centrală a hotelului

Curățenia foarte precară Mult praf in cameră chiar după ce se face " curățenie " Prosoape foarte vechi,franjurate, pătate, cu miros foarte urat Pânze de păianjen la candelabre Gândaci prin restaurant Putine optiuni la mâncare, foarte modest, nici o legatura cu cele 4 stele ca de altfel tot hotelul Nici un fel de entertainment Conexiune internet atât de proasta ca nu am putut trimite nici emailuri; Sauna incredibil de murdară. Clar nu iti vine sa stai pe acele bancute sau să atingi ceva acolo Sezlongurile murdare,în 3 săptămâni nu am văzut vreodată pe cineva sa le spele. Una peste alta complet dezamăgitor, nu am reveni vreodată și nu am recomanda nimănui. Nici o legatura cu nici un alt hotel de 4* la care am mai stat, dacă aș spune că nu merită mai mult de 2* s- ar putea să fie jignitor pentru unele hoteluri cotate astfel.

In the center of Los Americanos

Good Localisation near the port and the beach. The bus station to the airport is in front of the hotel. Staffs are very good and the swimming pool with roof top is very beautiful avec sea and El Teide view.

The hotel's attitude towards cleanliness was very disappointing. We stayed for 9 nights, but not once was the room cleaned or the linen changed. Only the towels were changed, but they were worn out. The shower gel also had to be requested. The bathroom had greasy surfaces everywhere, the hairdryer was covered in grease, and it was scary to even pick it up. Everything we have. PHOTOGRAPHED. Really very messy hotel, the interior is ancient. The only advantage is the proximity to the sea. Not recommended.

Wi-Fi didn’t work at all in the rooms , pool was on the roof & there’s nothing around the pool if you need a drink. Bathroom has a tile missing in the ceiling near the shower so you had to be careful of the shower.

the hotel was clean and the placement was nice as well. they have electric shutter which was very practical.

the furniture of the hotel was old style and not really stylish. the isolation was bad, I was sleeping with ear plugs. the reception was nice but it really depends who is there, some receptionists are giving wrong information and are completely useless

Very good

Big room with comfortable bed, good quality. Breakfast was really good! It is close to the beach. Roof pool with the view is very nice!

Smell was really bad in the room (cigarettes or similar) the whole day... We had to go to the reception 3 times to get a usable card to enter into the room (first we got a card which didn't open the door, second the receptionist didn't believe me, third we got the right card).

Clean, spacious and comfortable stay.

Great room and location. The food was really good and a different choice each night. Waiter staff and Chefs were very attentive to customers. Staff on reception very helpful and polite. Does not take much to create a hospitable and welcoming environment and this is how I felt every time I walked in.

The wifi connection was not the greatest and hard to connect sometimes. If there was a booster to create a better signal. I mange to watch a documentary online (on my I pad) one night, which shows it does work sometimes. However, when I wanted to do my online check in for my return flight it kept losing signal and then I had to do on my phone using my mobile data.

The staff at this hotel are nice. Slow, but nice. Best night's sleep in ages!

Location was fantastic. I went to meet up with my daughter and grandson who were staying nearby, but I didn't fancy staying in a hotel full of children. My room was super comfy. I don't think I would have woken up the next morning had I not forgot to switch off my alarm. I didn't even realise until the next morning that I had no balcony!! I don't like feeling shut in so I went to reception and luckily they had a room with a balcony available, so I was able to pay a little extra to change.

Breakfast till 10.30, even if only at weekends would be nice. A welcome pack in the room or maybe a scannable QRcode for a welcome pack, to help familiarise with the facilities. I didn't know where to find the restaurant for breakfast, I had no idea the restaurant was available for dinner, until I heard someone mention it on the last day. Also the shower by the pool for later flights was awful. Its in the sauna area, the door does not lock and it's suffocatingly hot and airless. Unless I went to the wrong area..... again not great instructions.

Good place to stay for adults. Jacuzzi, sauna, pool and pingpong table on top floor.

Place is will located, as it is adult only hotel it is quiet with no kids running around. There is sauna, pool, jacuzzi and ping pong table on top of the roof, which I really did enjoy. Staff was friendly and I'd recommend to stay on top floor which might be a bit extra on arrival.

Wi-fi is not ideal. I was moved in into 1st floor apartment and could not get wi-fi connection. After complaining, I was relocated on top floor where wi-fi connection is really good. Apart from that I can not complain about anything.
