séjour très agréable

Appartement agréable et spacieux, très propre, personnel très agréable, possibilité de laisser la voiture sur le parking, nous avons pris les transports en communs , tram et navibus (très bien et abordable pour une famille de 5 personnes le pass)

On aurait apprécié un filtre à café ds la machine à café , nous avons du acheter toute une boite , pas très grave mais ça aurait été appréciable et indication du chemin pas assez visible, j'ai raté l 'entrée et j'ai du faire tout le tour, pas très grave néanmoins

Le lieu était très bien

Les lits confortable salle de bain très propre et pas de bruit, l appartement était comme sur les photos je ne regrette pas mon séjour

Well-equipped small apartment with kitchenette and double bedroom on the edge of Nantes.

The main reason we chose it was for the private parking as we have a van with 2 bikes on a bike carrier. It was really parking either side of the road outside the hotel and was not secure. The sofa bed in the living room was made up so we could not sit on it to read/watch TV.

Great size, comfy and very quiet.

Be aware the breakfast and reception opens quite late on the weekends if you need an early departure.

The hotel was quite run down. The Hotel was not like the pictures. The staff were not helpful.

Poor quality tired rooms

We had a major leak under the sink with stagnant water pouring onto the kitchen floor. We complained about it five consecutive days and it wasn’t until the 6th day of our stay that it was fixed. We were told prior to arrival there was a freezer inside the fridge however that was false information, we were also told we would be on the first floor as we had 2 babies only to turn up and be told that there was no space on the lower floors and because it was fully booked it was not possible to move rooms! overall a lot of misinformation prior to stay which was very disappointing so will not be returning
