A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. Vale a pena.

As fotos do quarto no booking é enganosa. Comprei um quarto pelas fotos e fiquei em um inferior. Não tinha janelas inteiras de vidro como nas fotos. Fiquei muito triste por isso. Me senti enganada. Reclamei ao hotel e eles perguntaram o que eu ia fazer na janela? Eu comprei pela janela. Entrei com ajuda no booking.

un hotel que se disfruta a lo inimaginable

Todo perfecto, la atención. La ubicación. Todo absolutamente todo, mas que excelente. Fui con mi hija donde siempre tenía para entretenerse, ya que el hotel posee una sala para juegos. Recomendable para cualquier edad.

Fue imposible encontrar algo que no me haya gustado, ya que reitero, como dije anteriormente, es un hotel que supera las expectativas que te puedas imaginar insuperable, fantástico. Pocos hoteles pueden llegar al servicio que me brindaron .

La habitación Gran Confort con su increíble vista al lago A pesar que tiene oportunidades de mejora, volvería en baja temporada

Tiene un solo ascensor, con cierta ocupación es mejor usar la escalera. No tiene una cafetera en la habitación. Las puertas de los placares son extremadamente pesadas y difíciles de mover No lo recomiendo en verano pues no tiene Aire Acondicionado Deberían renovar la iluminación y decoración de los pasillos. No hay luz dirigida en el dormitorio para leer de noche.

Hospedagem maravilhosa, com uma vista perfeita de Bariloche.

Localização excelente, vista do quarto era algo de outro planeta, tudo muito lindo! O café da manhã estava ótimo, assim como a piscina aquecida ao final do dia. Quarto super espaçoso, vista incrível, chuveiro bem quentinho e a banheira também muito espaçosa. A limpeza do quarto estava impecável, e quando precisamos de atendimento, todos do hotel foram muito solícitos. Tomamos alguns drinks no lobby bar do hotel, e amamos a experiência.

Acredito que a única coisa que poderia melhorar é o aquecimento do quarto, que não estava muito bom. Sentimos um pouco de frio a noite considerando que estava fazendo -6º pela manhã.

Muy buen hotel

El hotel es precioso, las vistas increíbles, desayuno muy completo. El personal de recepción súper amable en todo momento. La piscina y el jacuzzi extraordinario con una vista inmejorable. Estacionamiento amplio y muy cerca caminando del centro.

La habitación que nos tocó la primera noche se escuchaba la música del boliche de al lado, afortunadamente había otra habitación y nos cambiaron. Mucho calor en la habitación al ser verano, podrían tener un ventilador portátil para no tener que abrir la ventana por la noche y que se metan los moscos. De verdad son detalles mínimos porque todo estuvo muy bien.

Muy buen hotel, regresaria de nuevo alli.

Empezando por la recepcion, el personal muy amable, responsable y respetuoso. El personal de housekeeping, igual, muy amables y atentos. La habitacion con vista al lago Nahuel Huapi excepcional, despertar asi no tiene precio. El desayuno buffet fue excelente, muchisima variedad de panes, quesos, jamones, frutas, dulces, platos salados. La arquitectura del edificio acorde con el estilo de la ciudad, madera y piedra. Muchisimo espacio, bar, restaurante, salon de juegos, piscina techada (no llegue a usar).

El parqueo o area de estacionamiento es inseguro, hay mucha delicuencia para los turistas a quienes les roban las cosas dentro de los carros y nos rompieron la chapa de la puerta del auto en la noche que durmio el carro afuera del hotel.

Hôtel reposant et agréable

Hôtel superbe. Équipe très sympathique et aux petits soins. La piscine est super avec sauna et jacuzzi. Chambres très confortables, un lit gigantesque. Très bon petit déjeuner. Emplacement proche du centre ville.

Excelente hotel, tanto para família com crianças quanto em casal.

Localização no centro, vista para o lago, tem sauna e uma grande piscina além de hidromassagem. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, café da manhã sensacional.

I would go back in a heartbeat

Room with a dream view to the lake. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere and the breakfast has many delicious options being renewed on the daily. The staff were very helpful and kind.

The check-in process could be improved to be smoother and the room lacked an iron and ironing board, which is quite a basic thing I would have expected to find there.

Great Place to Stay in Bariloche

Very comfortable stay, very good breakfast and attentive and helpful staff who went the extra mile. Another plus – a very nice and convenient location in Bariloche, which was close to the city centre while on the shore of Nahuel Huapi Lake.

Was not offered assistance for Luggage, elevator was very hot while going up to floor level and hall had funny smell the evening we arrived.

Well worth a lake view room!

Well worth a lake view room! The staff were very friendly, patient with our Spanish (or lack of!) and really helpful when I accidentally left my bag in a taxi. We enjoyed relaxing in the hotel and enjoying the spa and pool as much as discovering Bariloche. The location was a short walk from the centre and easy to get on the main road towards Llao Llao or the airport.

The room could be a little stuffy as there is no air con. This wasn’t too much of a problem for us due to the time of year, and we slept with the window open which meant we could hear the lake!
