Não fiquem nesse! Ele é ruim. O da frente deles é melhor. Sujo e com internet ruim.

Boa localização mas pesquisem porque não vale a pena ….

Cheguei parecia que o local não era limpo há tempos . Uma sujeira horrível no lustre. A internet terrível . E a cama não é de casal. São duas camas de solteiro que se juntam e fica bem desconfortável.

Somente da localização !

O apartamento é sujo ! O lustre um horror! A internet não funciona . A cama não é de casal. São duas camas de solteiras juntas que se abrem . Me deixaram entrar no apartamento 3 horas antes ( tenho consentimento) depois que quiseram cobrar! Pesquisem porque já fiquei em outros lugares e esse não vale a pena . Sujo !

Super limpio, muy cómodo y una ubicación exalente. La atención también fue muy buena, solo q no coordinamos bien la entrada

La hora de entrada debería ser más temprano o coordinar con el huésped para no tener que esperar tanto

Localização e uma boa cozinha.

Gostamos da cozinha, é bom ter um lugar para fazer o café da manhã e da máquina de lavar.

Não gostamos de chegar, e não ter alguém pra nós receber até pra conferir se está tudo ok com o apartamento, ,a limpeza deixou a desejar, o sofá cama e a cama de casal são desconfortáveis , velhos e com manchas de sujeira, na varanda tinha um cheiro forte de gás e o banheiro tinha um cheiro de escoto que vinha do ralo ao lado do vaso sanitário e havia cadeira quebrada na mesa de jantar que poderia causar um acidente.

Con los días calurosos no tienen aire acondicionado. Solamente me facilitaron un ventilador que de muy poco sirvió.

Comfortable, clean, great location

Spacious, well equipped studio in a good location. Nice lay out. Clean dishware. Good linens and towels. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, bars and 2 hotels for tour pick up and drop off, central plaza and shopping area.

A luggage rack for a suitcase would be helpful. It was particularly hot the week we were there so a fan would have been a nice-to-have item. Neighbors allowed children to run, play and scream late at night, like 11pm...woken up even with earplugs.

a cama, os lencois, cobertas, equipamentos de cozinha tudo otimo.

as cortinas ruins, uma delas não funcionava… muita claridade pela manhã. no banheiro, achei que pudesse ter um box, e não cortininha de plástico, que fica caindo é desconfortável.

La cercanía al centro

Al buscar en booking buscamos de 2 camas y nos dio esta opcion que aparece con 2 camas pero la segunda cama era un sillon , que no era cómodo , los utensilios de cocina se deben remplazar los cuchillos no cortan ni la mantequilla, la tina de baño igual esta en malas condiciones

AVOID this property - Terrible management.

Location is awesome. Easy to get to civic centre and stores.

The apartment was not the one in the pictures. Apparently, their ad has pictures of 7 different properties, which is totally misleading. Instead of having a look to the lake, we had a look to graffiti. You know something is wrong when the address doesn't match and the host sends you to a different building. The worst was that when confronting the host with these facts, the host got upset and hang up on me. Please, go and book somewhere else and save yourself all the drama.

Internet simplesmente não funciona, a cama tem um lado mais alto que o outro. Fiquei por cinco dias disponibilizaram apenas 1 papel higiênico.

it was fairly well maintained although it appears much bigger in photos

it wasnt enough for 7 people as it claimed to be, the wifi was never functional and the owner is extremely rude and made threats when disagreements happened

Excellent central Bariloche location. Clean and well equipped apartment. Easy communication with the hosts.

there was no wardrobe in the apartment, so less space to store stuff, but otherwise apartment was spacious. My apartment was on the first floor by the main road so there was some traffic noise.

the apartment is very nice but the payment is confusing

Very clean and cozy

I did not like the way the payment is presented .. In booking the conversion rate from dollar to peso is at an official rate and in reality the landlord wants a payment at a blue rate .. I think you need to coordinate between the landlord and booking so that next time the customer will not be disappointed Plus I did not like that there is only one chip for the entrance to the building so it limits the rest of the apartment very much when leaving.
