great, perfect location, very cheap !

nice location, luggage facility, and calm. I left my luggage for the day before the train. It was amazingly situated !! literally opposite side of the train station. can't remember hearing any noise ? even from my neighbours or the square accord the street. great for an overnight stay

the sink in my room was very dirty (dried noodles on the side) but the rest was nice ! I had trouble getting my luggage up but that's just on me, I had 2 suitcases, 25 kg each ahah that's the only negative side

Avoid it if you can, you’ll need to shower when you get out!

Location, just across the road from Kings Cross Station.

The room absolutely stunk of sweaty feet, the bathroom stunk of a mix of sweat/fried onions. The curtains were hanging off the hooks. We had one normal sized single bed and one smaller single bed, like junior size. The ceiling light was literally an energy bulb dangling and the bedside lamp had its wires on show. We paid £130 for 1 night, and I get that the location boosts the price, but the place was not worth the cost.

Good option for short stay

Very clean room in excellent location and responsive personal. They've managed to arrange an early check-in for me, which was rather welcoming! If we're looking for a place for short stay to take a rest, this might be the one.

The room was a little cramped - not small per se, but having too much furniture present makes it looks otherwise. The flexible hose of the shower was leaking, which might be considered unaccepted by some guests. The price seemed a little bit too high, but considering I was booking the same day, I was going to stay, this might not be unexpected after all.

It was close to Kings Cross and to the Bloomsbury area.

A fridge went start running in the middle of the night. Kind of irritating.

buona stanza per un paio di notti a londra tra amici che vogliono divertirsi senza pretese

ottima posizione, a due passi dalla stazione di kings cross, la camera è piccolina con letti nel nostro caso 1 matrimoniale e 1 singolo attaccati alla parete e al termosifone che ho dovuto spegnere sennò impossibile dormire, anche se la camera dimostra di avere qualche anno era comunque in ordine con lenzuola pulite, tv funzionante, armadio per giacche e set di cortesia per te e caffè. da rivedere invece il bagno, piccolo e con sporcizia negli angoli e segni di vecchiaia e trascuratezza. rapporto qualità prezzo però buono, per un viaggio tra amici dove la camera serve solo per dormire e cambiarsi va più che bene. nelle vicinanze molti posti per mangiare

Easy location, but extremely basic accommodation.

The location is convenient

The beds were very uncomfortable. The room was VERY basic and in poor condition. The noise was very loud, from other rooms and from the street.

Nada. Demasiado pequeño, no da chance siquiera de estar dos personas dentro de esa misma “habitación”… el baño ni para que….un olor horrible a humedad, cero limpieza, hasta habían zancudos muertos en las paredes. La ubicación lejos del centro o las atracciones.

Se le pidió al personal que pusieran la calefacción y no quisieron… porque no es invierno… uno es turista, no se está acostumbrado a estar a temperaturas entre los 10 y 15 grados!! Hacía frío y ni eso pudieron solucionar

The description says on a tranquil square but forgot to mention the play area and basket ball courts which were well used unril late. The curtains were thin and not good for keeping the street lights out. Very basic room

recommend the hotel as a budget hotel, but it will be nice if toilet and provided towel will be cleaned properly.

Location is superb, bed is comfortable, toilet and shower have a different room.

Provided towel is not properly washed, i have to buy my own towel. plus the toilet is not clean properly.

Disappointing

The Staff were helpful & friendly- absolutely not their fault my experience was poor.

Room was really quite poor given the price of £105. Shower & toliet were squeezed into a room that were far too small for them. Whole room shabby & grubby. Main light & fan not working. Bed tiny too. And I'm not especially fussy, usually. But for £105 really poor.

The only reason I chose it because it’s near to train station!

Very near to King’s Cross St Pancras! That’s it!

Toilet in the room looked clean but stinks! Only a bar soap is provided! No shower gel or shampoo! Good thing it was only for one night and needed just to sleep!

The room is very small and there is no lift in the hotel. You have to carry heavy bags up the stairs.
