Calidad/precio/ubicación genial.

Muy muy bien ubicado, justo a un paso del metro, de estación de tren parada de bus. Habitaciones bastante amplias, pensado que hablamos de Londres donde de normal son muy pequeñas. Servicio de limpieza muy bien, con cambio todos los días de toallas. Tiene secador y muchos repuestos de champú y jabón. Calentador de agua, con café y leche! La habitación tenía enchufes europeos, que es de agradecer. Al girar la esquina muchos tipos de restaurantes. No es un hotel de lujo, pero está fantástico relación calidad precio. Sin duda lo recomendaría!

Por decir algo las escaleras tan inclinadas y la recepción un poco pequeña. Tiene ascensor pero no llega a todas las plantas, si o si hay que subir un tramo de escaleras.

A bit disappointed

The location is good,can drop your bags on the day of check in and check out

It’s my second time staying here ,but this time I was given a very bad room ,it’s like under the basement,so there is a lot of noise when people walk and the hot water is not hot enough,I am forced to take a cold shower in the winter

Convenient, clean and comfortable

It served my purpose, cheap and cheerful for an overnight stay, convenient location. Member of Staff on reception was very pleasant & helpful.

Great location but little else

The location was the reason we selected the hotel. It was close to the tube and that is how we got around London during our stay

The smell! Our bathroom smelled like a sewer the entire stay. It made us nauseous

One to avoid!

Nothing Location is across road from Kings Cross, which is why we stayed a night, but I do not recommend!

Tiny, disgusting room where people could walk past and look in. Construction was going on in the lot next door, about 20 feet from our room, where they were using a jack hammer. No apologies or compensation for this. Dark and dinghy. Double room but had tiny bed pushed against the wall.

Perfect location, Perfect for group of 3 friends, Good (humble) bathroom, Storage room (luggage)

Location was perfect. Less than a five minute walk from King's Cross Station. We booked with three friends and got a room with three single beds, amazing! The room and bathroom were not that big, but there was enough space for the three of us. The room was clean and has little (just enough) space for luggage/clothes. The room service was also fine. We could also leave our luggage in a separate storage room.

The shower wasn't draining properly. We told the staff and they fixed the drainage so it was all good for the next use, overall no big issue. Next comment is not the fault of the hotel, but just unfortunate timing: there were constructions going on in the roads (right next to our room), so that lead to some noise disturbances.

Very rude staff and manager.

Staff were impossibly hostile and antagonistic toward any kind of query. They were yelling at the guest over the phone, insisting that any attempt to get more information was an argument. Repeatedly cutting the guest off mid-sentence to provide an answer/response that was not for the question being asked. Rude and unprofessional speech such as "you are wasting my time", "go make a complaint to your booking agency". Also hanging up the phone mid-conversation. It is ridiculous that these people are in the hospitality industry. Appear to be from a country/culture where politeness and manners do not exist.

Greatest location possible

Location was inicredible. Room was fine. Everything was as expected, not too fancy but good enough for a couple of nights. We had a room with views of Kings Cross.

From our room we heard every step of the stairway. We are heavy sleepers and ended each day super tired but light sleepers be wary.

Disappointed.

Kettle and cups , fridge and lots of uht milk. Very close to St Pancras

Room noise nearby , beds with better bases. The hotel is in the middle of a refurbishment, the lights went off in the room, because of the work. The breakfast in the cafe next door was expensive and not great.

The location opposite Kings Cross was perfect. The price was reasonable for the area.

Disappointing

The location was great. Right across from Kings Cross Station is very convenient.

Everything was very shabby and not well kept. I expected more for the insane amount I paid for it. Also the wifi was spotty. I tried to do a video call for a work meeting it it cut out 3 times during the 30 minute call.

There was a window glass missing form a double glass window which meant the level of the noise in the room was higher than it normally would have been.

A good stay

The on ensite bathroom was really nice and spacious, and the shower was great. I like the layout of the room and light, bright and airy.

I found the single beds are just a little small when you turn over. You can all. Most fall out of bed and the cups are a bit small, and may be a mug would be good
