Hotel ótimo na tranquilidade de Moema

Hotel ótimo, com excelente atendimento, bem localizado, rua tranquila... uma TV que gira, você pode assistir ou do quarto ou da sala! Muito legal. Quero agradecer especialmente à equipe, que foi nota 10 porque fiquei doente durante minha estadia e precisei sair antes... o Hotel não só foi super gentil comigo e com meu namorado como tb garantiu o reembolso pelos dias que não usei. Obrigada!!

O café da manhã é simples, poderia ser um tiquinho mais completo... Mas tudo estava gostoso!

Hotel razoável, o café da manhã foi a pior experiência que tive em todos os hotéis que já visitei.

Quarto limpo boa cama. Acomodação de quarto ok.

Pior café da manhã que já vi em um hotel. Não tem nada a ver com as fotos expostas. Sem opções, pessoas esperando chegar comida pra se servir, pessoas indo embora por não ter opção, produtos de marcas baratas, produtos com aparência ruim, funcionários com roupas rasgadas. nunca vi um café da manhã tão ruim em anos de estadias.

Viagem inesquecível em família

O ponto mais forte é a localização do flat; proximo ao shopping ibirapuera, proximo a vários bons restaurante e fácil localização/chegada. Restante é o que esperamos de qualquer hotel/flat, conforto, funcionários atenciosos, ambiente agradável (quarto e flat como um todo) e café da manha maravilhoso.

Não consigo pensar em nada.

La habitación era amplia, y la piscina estaba bien cuidada, perfecto para unos días de relax.

El televisor estaba malogrado, solo se veía la pantalla purpura.

O quarto é bem simples, sofá todo torto, banheiro com piso quebrado no box, lençol e edredom rasgados. Não volto a alugar esse flat quarto 108

We liked the room ! This time there were regular size fridge, electric stove and oven, which normally there are only microwave and mini fridge. Comfortable bed. Nice view from balcony, tv setting etc...

Again trash bin wasn't empty when we got to the room. No dining table and chairs. Bed was lower than the other rooms we had stayed.

Clean, comfortable room, very comfy bed, hot shower, very nice staff, good valet parking, good location/neighborhood, useful tv setting etc... This time the receptionist asked us if we prefer our room be higher level or lower.

There was no towel rack for bath towels in our bathroom. It seemed they removed the towel rack and never installed it back on where other rooms have. They forgot to empty the trash bin in our room after the last guests left. Breakfast can be a bit better

Excellent customer service! My husband had a medical emergency and reception representative was extremely helpful.

Unfortunately this hotel is under airplanes route, it's quite loud during the day. Quiet though during sleeping hours.

Good location, comfortable room

Staff did not bother explaining about the facilities in the hotel, breakfast times etc. The swimming pool is quite small so it’s very deceiving when you look at the photos they put up online. Overall stay was ok but I don’t think I would return.

I think the only the I liked about this hotel was the location. Nothing else honestly .

I think positive aspect about this hotel was the location and the front desk great customer service, nothing else honestly. Is that enough? Decide it for yourself after reading this. They changed my room because the first was smelling horrible and the sheets were not even washed, as I found was so much hair all over it. I was disgusted. The moved me to another room and the secons room provided, at least sheets were decent, however it l had this odd nasty smell of an old and dirty apartment. I was too tired to complain for a second time, so I just decided to go to sleep. Woke up the next day with a commitment to not come back to that hotel ever again. Sad experience.

The room was quiete clean and the staff was very kind and polite.

The breakfast do not have a lot of food options and the food quality is not the best, the AC has a strong light Wich brothers if you want to sleep with the AC on and this is personal taste but we thought that the beed is too soft.
