Perfeita

A cama é perfeita gente. Eu e a minha amiga quase que não levantávamos por causa que és super confortável. Café da manhã é um espetáculo, o hotel é super cheiroso e limpinho. Você não precisa levar produtos de higiene pessoal pq tem tudo e SUPER hidratante e de ótima qualidade. TODOS os funcionários são super gentis e educados , recomendo muito

Além das expectativas

Gostei do café da manhã. Gostei atenção dos funcionários especialmente da recepcionista Vanessa um doce de pessoa sempre prestativa e com um sorriso contagiante. Parabéns ao hotel por uma profissional assim no quadro de funcionários. Gostei também da localização.

Não gostei de não ter opção nenhuma de alimentação no hotel no domingo a noite. O restaurante fecha 15 horas e não funciona mais. Nem o bar funciona. O hóspede fica sem opção nenhuma no hotel.

custo elevado por nem oferecer serviço de quarto, atendimento da recepção péssimo, tentei antes de reservar não consegui, estou tentando agora depois que não é ainda não consegui, ficou um documento importante no quarto e nem sequer me atendem.

Excelente Custo-benefício.

Hotel bem localizado. Bom custo-benefício. Acomodação excelente. Equipe bem-treinada. Wifi muito bom. Café da manhã bem aceitável, embora um pouco caro.

Iluminação do quarto era muito ruim. O banheiro não possuía box e nem batente, era apenas uma cortina de plástico, de forma que toda vez que eu ia tomar banho inundava o banheiro todo.

Atendeu minha necessidade de apenas uma noite, mas há o que melhorar.

O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom, e o quarto é limpo e espaçoso. A localização é boa.

Móveis muito antigos, cadeiras e poltronas necessitando urgentemente de novo estofamento. As janelas do quarto não vedam e passaram a noite inteira fazendo barulho pelo vento.

Adorei o conforto da cama e o café a manhã era maravilhoso. Gostei que em frente ao hotel há um pequeno comércio onde é possível comprar itens de higiene e alimentos.

Ótima relação custo-benefício

A empresa em uma política de inclusão de pessoas lgbtqiapn+ que é muito legal. Gostei muito de ver e conviver com pessoas trans. Além disso, todes funcionários são muito bem treinades.

A posição da televisão no quarto podia ser melhor. Não dava para ver tv da cama, mas isso não chegou a ser um problema.

Atendimento dos funcionários é excepcional.

O quarto que me colocaram, n. 1205, fica exatamente em frente a 3 elevadores, que possuem aviso sonoro de chegada. Isso durante a noite incomoda muito. Sugiro que troquem o aviso sonoro por um aviso luminoso.

Boa localização.

As instalações não correspondem às fotos disponíveis. O mobiliário é antigo, o banheiro não possui box, apenas uma cortina de baixa qualidade. Após o banho, o banheiro fica completamente encharcado. O chuveiro do banheiro não esquenta e mesmo após diversas reclamações, o problema não foi solucionado. Trata-se de uma diária com valor considerável para um hotel que entrega pouco.

Disappointing

Staff was great. Breakfast was great, location was good but not safe at times. My biggest disappointment was that the room was not heated. For the price I expected a comfortable room with heat for the cold nights

A first class place, though has some age. Needs room service. Great front desk employees.

the place is in a great location - hotel has some age, but was built in a first-class manner. marble floors in lobby with very cool art piece - I got the deluxe king - which was huge and the bed absolutely awesome. great wood floors - just a great feel all around. a few tweaks though would truly add to the overall feel.

I think they did not have room service, which seemed bizarre for an upper crust hotel. The gym was decent, could use a touch of an upgrade.

Good location, fantastic staff, good price

Good location in a lovely neighborhood. Fantastic staff, smiley and friendly. Cozy room, very silent and ventilate. Good breakfast with variety and healthy options. With good wifi and internet, I had meetings without problems and worked without interruptions for a week.

The room has good space, but the bathroom is small. The towel was in a bad state; I suggest replacing the old ones. The room lacked light spots getting pretty dark at night, making my later work hours hard. The cabinet has bad disposal, I would prefer some space to easy open the baggage.

Great location, friendly staff, needs new towels!

I stayed on the top floor which had beautiful views of the city and shielded me from traffic noises. Staff were super friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. Great toiletries and a comfortable bed. Unfortunate that there was no pool, but there is a small gym.

My large towel had several rips in it and my room was right opposite the lifts which meant that any time a lift got to my floor I heard a very loud 'ding' and the doors opening/closing. This also meant that when people were having a conversation near the lifts I could hear every word. Very thin walls which unfortunately put a downer on the stay.

Location, it was walking distance to a small mall and easy to get around.

I wish it included some water bottles with the room cost, but not a big deal honestly just a preference if it did. It had a mini bar so the water in the room was for sale.
