Siempre nos gustó mucho. Somos clientes de Marissal desde hace muchos años (anteriormente lo regentaba Carlos y su hermana). Siempre vamos a la playa el Salón

Si salva solo la posizione

Posizione centralissima e vicinissima al bellissimo balcone d’Europa

Stanza con arredi un po’ datati e terrazzo (sul retro, no fronte mare) sudicio, colazione con pochissima scelta e di scarsa qualità, servita anche in ritardo rispetto all’orario indicato, rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo

Great while we were there, but a shock after we returned later to find they doubled billed us.

Location was great. We really loved the room.

We paid cash at the reception desk in 100 and 50 euro bills for the full stay. The lady was very honest because the next day she said I had given her too much because 2 - 50 euro bills had stuck together and she refunded one to me. Only problem was that at the end of our stay, the hostal billed my credit card at Booking . Com. for the full amount of the stay. I was charged a late payment and interest fee from Bank of America Visa plus the almost 900 euros we had paid in cash on the first day we stayed. I hope it was an error on their part and the fraud division is looking into it. Fortunately, we saved the payment receipt which was sent to Bank of America.

Close to everything, clean and beautiful views

Smelled a bit rancid, restaurant staff unpleasant, open late in the morning and took forever to serve a coffee, ok and croissant. Server had an attitude

Above my expectations

Considering I booked a hostel and not a hotel, I wasn’t expecting hotel quality and it really is. And the location is second to none!!

Bed mattress not very comfortable.. The food/breakfast was pretty bad, order was wrong and the table service was very very slow. So just don’t eat there because everything else was superb!

The location is very central

The room was tiny we were falling over our suitcases. Also the street cleaners are out every morning from 6am and you can hear it clearly from room 211, it woke us up every morning.

Disappointing

The location is superb and the room was spacious.

The service is slow! 15 mins to place an order and after 15 of waiting for drinks we left and went elsewhere... twice. Apart from the guy in reception the staff were unfriendly. We have stayed here many times before it changed hands, it was much better and more personal before. The shower was pretty mouldy and could do with a good de cal.

Great location Comfortable beds

Lack of reception. Unhelpful staff at check in. Allotted double beds when I had booked twin rooms and the resulting frustration involved in getting this rectified. Very poor breakfast.

comfortable stay…great location!! surrounded by beautiful views.

Location was great! Bed was comfortable! Like the little balconies!! Everything else was quite basic and in need of TLC.

Bathroom was not very clean. No electric kettle for tea/coffee in room. The air conditioning was a bit wonky. Only way to get the air to work was to turn it to heat ????

Great location and very comfortable bed. Easy to get to also food in below restaurant was lovely.

Bin in bathroom not emptied also rubbish left on floor and dust under bed not cleaned but apart from that it was a great stay.

Central location. Beautiful view with double door balcony.

Staff found it hard to understand english which was a bit stressful. Room wasn't overly clean, quite dusty and musky smell.

The position of The hotel, on the Balcon. The bed was comfortable. Provided a fridge on request.The sea view.

Not many facilities. No reception except on check in. Couldn't check out. No one there. No breakfast facilities. Only 2 English TV channels. No kettle. Bathroom needs upgrade. Room really basic for a superior room.

Very good

Booked economy room. Comfortable, clean and basic. Excellent location in Nerja, being behind balcon de europa. Centrally located by bars and restaurants. Excellent WiFi and good selection of TV channels. Good hot showe with hairdryer r. Quiet room overlooking a courtyard. Breakfast 8 Euros if required.
