Superb

Excellent location, very spacious, easy walk into town and close to the beach. The new washing machine was very useful.

Very good

Good location, nice and clean, staff very helpful, contactable via phone or email at all times.

Pool was disappointing, much smaller than picture, would have been ok if sun loungers were available. Main bedroom was lovely, 2nd bedroom very small, but it was ok.

Great short break exactly as expected

Exactly as described, good location. Great communication from the host. Supermarket on the doorstep with all necessary supplies. very clean.

Showers a little tired but functional. No loungers but none were specified. very steep hill back up from the beach - 600 steps.

Good value for the money - lovely house with terrace and 2 bedrooms and small pool.

The house was clean and it had a nice terrace.

The beds were a bit too soft.

if you want a property that is good for the beach and the town and travelling with children then this property is great

Area very nice, close to beach. Huge apartment, its was worth money we spent.

Very nice location close to beach but its time to invest more money and improve standard. Beds were very uncomfortable but it was short stay.

Lovely stay

Spacious, good facilities (lots of extras like toys for kids, washing machine, iron and ironing board etc) , nice little pool at the front, clean, 2 bathrooms, nice courtyard for sitting out and bbq, nice stroll to The Balcony, very efficient and helpful owners who couldn't have done more for us when we needed to move. Our issues were resolved within 4 hours and we were moved at no extra cost by 5pm that day

We had to move after 2 days as the neighbours were having a patio laid and workmen arrived at 8am hammering and drilling (not the fault owner of our lovely house, they weren't informed)so unfortunately we had to move. Also the walk back up from the beach is a tough climb for anyone with kids or walking difficulties. We didn't feel comfortable using the larger pool as we felt like we were intruding and we had no sun loungers. Otherwise fab

Lovely town, great house, lovely hosts, let down by access to the pools.

Casa Maria is a lovely house, living room straight off main door, kitchen, downstairs shower room, upstairs one double and one twin room, bathroom. The house was beautifully clean and is well appointed for Burriana Beach, tho quite a steep walk for those with mobility issues or pushing a pram! Lots of lovely places to eat. About 15 minute leisurely walk to old town.

We were disappointment with the pools, there is a small one right outside the house, and another bigger pool across the road which is part of the same complex. It is somewhat off-putting to see large signs indicating no bikes, no running, no jumping, no football, no inflatables, no skateboards, no table tennis, as well as no dogs, bottles or music (which is understandable). The pools were quiet during our stay, our children (aged 14 and 13) often being the only ones in the pool. On 3 separate occasions, by 3 separate people (residents?) they were told not to splash, not to make a noise, they were not allowed to play with a beach ball, or an inflatable donut despite being the only people in the pool. What is the point of having a pool if children are not allowed to play and enjoy themselves?
