Constrangedora, desconfortável!

Café da manhã: bom! Localização: muito boa!

Acomodação: não foi disponibilizado o apartamento reservado com antecedência de 3 meses. No terceiro andar de frente para o mar. Entretanto, foi disponibilizado um apartamento de fundo.

Pelo conjunto vale a pena!

Localização perfeita, quartos amplos e arejados. Café da manhã farto e de qualidade! Áreas comuns do hotel muito boas também.

O elevador poderia ter ar condicionado, muito abafado ficar dentro sem ar se tratando de uma cidade onde faz muito calor. Tivemos alguns contratempos com o quarto que nos foi fornecido mas o pessoal da manutenção foi ágil e muito atencioso na solução dos problemas.

Great breakfast, fantastic for business and travelling.

The breakfast was fantastic. Especially I liked the freshly prepared tapioca. Delicous. Furtheron the service was very supportive and helped my non-portuguese-speaking family members to find themselves comfortable.

There is nothing negative, that comes to my mind.

Complements to the baggage handling and car storage personnel. Very helpful.

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Very poor system to close off the shower. Could not get the TV to work. No instructions provided. Received message to check the internet connection for all stations. Did not have Wi-Fi connection without opening an account. When trying to open an account the application did not accept my email address. Told me to put a valid email address in. I changed it to my Gmail account and it repeated the same thing. Totally unsatisfactory.

Small pool, simple rooms compare to the high price, Jaccuzi didnt work when we arrived.

Very enjoyable.

Breakfast was great, as was the view of the ocean. The location is fantastic.

We weren’t told that there was a car park. It would have been nice to have been offered that from the first night.

Nice location

Good location, oceanfront (but it is quite a walk until you reach the shore line). Close to bars and restaurants. Nice walkable promenade. Good breakfast. Most rooms offer a good view. Clean. Close to airport.

Reception and personnel in general not very friendly. Slow check-in process. Ramp to the hotel is always full of parked cars, your taxi will not be able to drive through.

The bed and pillow and ristorante food

I did stay 3 or 4 times… Network is to much bad, Air conditioner is not good also … and them don’t acept free upgrade from my rights as Ginious level 2 of booking. I did ask about , but then don’t give me .… some staff (personal) don’t have so much good attention. Beyond this….all is good. No so much bad .

The breakfast was great and the staff accommodating and friendly.

The only unfortunate thing was that the pool was closed due to renovations. Would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.
