Bom hotel, boa dormida e bom custo benefício

Achei o hotel bom, dormida, café, localização excepcional !

Não tinha ajudante pra carregar as malas. Éramos 3 idosos e tivemos que carregar tudo !!!!

Bem localizado e bom custo X benefício

O Hotel tem uma boa estrutura, apesar que viajei a trabalho e não pude aproveitar o laser , mas a localização de frente para o mar é um convite a uma boa caminhada por alí. Equipe muito boa e bem solícita.

Infelizmente faltou energia no bairro inteiro , passamos parte da noite no calor , mas a culpa não foi do hotel e nada poderia ser feito a respeito a não ser o que a equipe fez, ligar para Cia de Energia do Sergipe.

Gostei do café da manhã, do ar condicionado do quarto e da piscina.

O hotel tem um saguão grande, mas extremamente quente. Não tem ar condicionado nem ventiladores. As camas de solteiro são tamanho padrão, mais estreitas, os lençóis menores do que o colchão e por isso se soltavam facilmente, levando ao contato direto com o colchão. Bem desagradável. A televisão era mais antiga, sem acesso a internet e portanto, sem streaming. Embora esteja próxima a praia, esta não é própria para banho por ser mais turbulenta, próxima ao encontro com rio com o mar. Tem uma extensão enorme de areia que cansa demais. O hotel fica afastado do centro. Em termos de infraestrutura, comodidade e atendimento, diria que estava dentro da média, nada de excepcional. Por isso a sensação de que a entrega foi inferior ao valor pago. Talvez outros hotéis apresentem uma melhor relação custo-beneficio.

Pela classificação de 4 estrelas do hotel , esperávamos ser melhor se comprado com outras regiões nessa classificação .

A localização e disponibilidade de táxis na porta.

A limpeza dos quartos deixou muito a desejar , como banheiros e piso com sujeiras visíveis como areia e farelos. Percebemos que o quarto ao nosso lado estava com a porta semi aberta por 2 dias e como na madrugada anterior tínhamos ouvidos barulhos estranhos no mesmo , assim que descemos avisamos na recepção , para nossa supresa os atendentes agiram sem nenhum espanto , simplesmente sugeriram que quando voltássemos ao andar , batêssemos a porta para o travamento, justificando que alguns quartos e fachada estamos em manutenção de pinturas , assim mesmo alertamos que havia luz acesa e quarto estava arrumado , pois batemos na porta e abrimos para ver se realmente estava desocupado . Ficamos bem apreensivos pois qualquer pessoa poderia se instalar nesse quarto sem identificação , pois existe uma entrada da rua pelo bar da piscina com acesso livre aos elevadores e sem precisar passar pela recepção. A segurança está bem vulnerável aos hóspedes e colaboradores.

Excetuando o problema do colchão, a estadia foi agradável, nada a reclamar das demais situações

Localização muito boa, café da manhã de ótima qualidade. Equipe de trabalho atenciosa e dinâmica.

O quarta é amplo, banheiro confortável, ducha muito boa, evidenciando uma incrível facilidade no seu manuseio, todavia, a cama com colchão de péssima qualidade, fazendo com que tivéssemos muito cuidado ao levantar, pois poderíamos cair da mesma, impulsionado pelo colchão, que acompanhava o movimento da pessoa.

Perfeita exceto o lugar do banho.

Gostamos de tudo recepcionistas simpáticos acolhedor, muito educados assim como todos os outros funcionários.

Do banheiro a parte do chuveiro muito apertado a cortina fica passando na gente não gostamos mesmo e já vou avisando que não somos obesos. Somos magros kkkkk.

Tranquility In Aracaju

- very helpful and welcoming staff , especially Wellington and Sandra - breakfast - room was clean , comfortable and decent sized - location, close to the beach , restaurants and feira do turista -

A Little Bit of Paradise

The staff were all very friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location near the beach and is surrounded by bars and restaurants, and for the price, it was excellent value for money.

The WiFi was sometimes unstable. The poolside bar was frequently unstaffed so it was impossible to order a drink. Mosquitos are everywhere, so repellent is necessary.

The room, the pool, the breakfast was average and the cleaning wasn't very good there was hair all over the room. Smelly room plus bed linen.

Nice hotel but too expensive

Great location (but everything is pretty close in this area of Aracaju). Great restaurants nearby. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Nice to have a kids pool - the water was chilly but the kids didn’t mind! Our toddler enjoyed the small espaço kids with trampoline and a few other toys. Protected parking area in the garage under the hotel.

Hot water in the shower was barely lukewarm, and very cold for our baby and toddler. The room was freezing when we arrived at night. The hotel was nice but not worth the price we paid. Wi-Fi only worked for the first night and morning and then stopped.

The room didn't have a safe to store valuable belongings.

Good

The checkin was fast and the room was simple but comfortable and clean. The breakfast had many options. The hotel is in front of the beach, but it must be said that this stretch of the beach is a bit chaotic.

The balcony had a hammock, but the air conditioner air Exit was located just besides it, making it unbearable to stay there. The balcony door had a film which filtered most of the natural sunlight.
