Buena ubicación, cómodo y todos muy amables

La habitación muy amplia, tenía nevera y baño privado. El agua salía súper bien. El personal súper amable. Llegamos tarde el primer día y el chico de la recepción (no recuerdo el nombre fue en la madrugada del 12 de agosto) nos consiguió un guía para empezar nuestro tour al otro día. El guía un genio, muy divertido conocer la ciudad con el. Hicimos dos días de tour privado juntos

If I ever need a place to stay in cairo they’re on top of the list.

The staff are very friendly and the location is very good, I paid for a single room with a shared bathroom, which was always very clean. They provided a towel and toiletries. Also you could get hot drinks from the reception for a tiny fee upon request! And I must mention the lovely coffee house called Strella which can be found immediately below the hostel, for reasonably priced coffee and working/studying.

Parking is a nightmare but its the center of the city and its Cairo so its a fair trade for the location

Kahvaltı,konum ve asansörlü olması.düşük bütçeli gezginler için iyi bir alternatif.klimalar iyi çalışıyor.

Hostel bölümünde tuvalet ve duşlar yetersiz. Mutfak tam olarak temiz değil. Wifi bağlantı problemi balkonda oluşuyor. Odalarda kilitli özel dolap olmaması büyük problem.

Chaleureux, propre, calme et bien placé !

L'emplacement est génial : le quartier est très vivant, avec plein de restos et de boutiques. Literie très confortable (matelas ferme). Le petit dej le matin est très correct. Le personnel a toujours été chaleureux et sympathique, prêt à aider. C'est très propre. Dans ma chambre individuelle, il y avait la clim, qui fonctionne bien. Et dans la salle de bain il y a bien de l'eau chaude pour la douche. Pour moi, la présence des chats était un réel petit plus : le calin ronron pendant la détente sur le balcon, yeah!!

J'ai un peu stressé en arrivant car bien qu'ayant ma conversation et la confirmation dans booking, ils n'avaient pas mon nom dans le listing! Pendant quelques instants j'ai eu peur de ne pas avoir de chambre!! Le service de chauffeur pour l'aéroport est à 16$US, ce qui est très cher en fait une fois qu'on connait les prix là-bas, même si c'est pratique. Si vous pouvez, faites appel à Uber, ce sera au minimum moitié moins cher. Petit conseil, prenez des bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez le sommeil léger et avez une chambre côté rue: rien à voir avec l'hôtel, ce n'est pas de leur faute... c'est juste que la ville est très bruyante!!!

Comfortable, warm and humane hotel

The location is excellent, with convenient food and shopping nearby. The service attitude is very serious and responsible. You can also rest in the hotel lounge area after checking out. Mr. Mahad at the front desk has a warm and lovely smile from the bottom of his heart. The staff is very patient and will answer every question you ask them. Patiently help you solve the problem

Disadvantages: There are a lot of mosquitoes.

スタッフの皆さんとても親切だし、お湯は熱いのがちゃんと出るし、場所も街の中心にあってどこに行くにも便利でした。朝食を食べるスペースが同じなので個室同士でも朝、海外の方や日本の方と自然と話したりしました。

Totally bad . Not worth a stay

The location of the place was central. All the food places were near . Tahreer square was very near.

I made a booking for two persons (paid for two persons) separate room thinking that my friend would come and stay with me . But they denied and said Egyptians could not stay with non Egyptians. That's pure discrimination . They even charge 3 percent if I have to pay with a credit card. Not a single information was written about this nor in any of their emails. So yeah, if you are thinking of booking this hostel, just be careful as no one outside can visit you . Felt almost like a jail . They didn't even return my money for the second person I paid . To put in a nutshell, I would say thats their culture : not being honest, scamming people. I am sorry but I am disappointed.

The staff were really good. Downtown Cairo is very lively and a bit of a culture shock for anybody not used to it, but was enjoyable stay. The staff were the best.

The view from the top was not so good, surrounding building run down. But the room was good.

Quite noisy from outside in the room. Not a very social hostel but if you're looking for a quiet space this is fine.

All the staff was very helpful and friendly! The cleanliness is above what you can expect in Egypt which was greatly appreciated. The location is perfect!

The wifi is weak, but it's the typical wifi that you will find in Egypt. If you want super fast internet, the option in Egypt is to get your own sim card with data

We asked for a double room for me and my boyfriend and they ended up giving us a room with three beds, which was not necessary. But the bed was comfortable and people were very helpful.

There was quite a lot of noise coming from the other rooms since early in the morning.

It's good first base when arriving in Cairo

Staff was helpful and informative. Room was spacious and had a balcony. Spacious common bathroom.

The staircase and hallway is super dirty and full of cats and rubbish. The staff smokes in the hallway. The breakfast was always the same and the kitchen was really unhygienic. WiFi was a bit temperamental at times. They charge you extra for card payment.

optimal for young people that are flexible and open to meet new people

people were very friendly and staying there was a lot of fun. the location is great surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores and it was very clean

they messed up our booking but then gave us a discount - I wouldn’t recommend the cruise tour because it’s not worth the money, the food there is not that good
