Arnaqués sur le prix, immeuble lugubre mais personnel à l'écoute.

La flexibilité des employés et leur volonté de nous donner une meilleure chambre.

Le prix indiqué sur Booking est inférieur à celui qui nous a été demandé sur place : mauvaise surprise ! L'immeuble dans lequel se situe l'hôtel est glauque.

Epoustouflant

L'emplacement, la disponibilité du personnel. A l'écoute et disponible. Le petit- déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre et possibilité de prendre un petit- déjeuner classique sans chichi ( pas de café mais du thé) ou à la mode Egyptienne. Equipe au top qui nous a amené dans un magasin et qui nous a servit le jour de notre départ le petit- déjeuner à 6h au lieu de 7h.

L'ascenseur à l'ancienne qui fait peur. Coupure de courant dans Le Caire de ce quartier de 15h à 16h et à notre arrivée avec nos valises monter les 8 étages pour arrivée à l'hôtel et cage d'escaliers pas propres, pleines de détritus, de chats ... On a cru que l'hôtel avait fermé ou que l'immeuble était abandonnée. Par contre dès que le courant est là et qu'on utilise l'ascenseur tout est "normal." A l'arrivée on nous a demandé de payer en euros ou dollars alors que sur Booking c'est précisé qu'on pouvait payer avec la monnaie du pays et le taux de change du jour en vigueur. On a avait prévu des LE et on a tenue tête même si on nous a fait croire qu'il n'accepterait pas et là un des patron Asrhaf a fait comprendre que c'était bon du coup on a pu payer en LE. Chambre calme mais au niveau de la place il y une la mosquée et à 5h du matin avec les gros haut-parleurs ça surprends !!! Après nous ne sommes pas dans un Resort ou 4* donc pour le prix de la réservation il ne fait pas s'attendre au ménage, 1 serviette pour 2 et puissance de l'eau pas térrible.

The localisation was perfect. The room was clean and the view amazing.

Don’t judge by the entrance.

location is good, exactly near Pizza Hut metro nearby safe for solo travelers I was in the new floor so everything was new. the reception is 24 hours, mr sameh is a very good person willing to help, you can ask him for towels ..he s willing to help from his heart. the lift is working.

Classic Art Deco survives

Location is excellent. Love the old art deco style building and the classic elevator cages. Manager very friendly and helpful. Egyptian breakfast choice was great. Great antique suite in lobby.

A little bit noisy from traffic horns. A little more maintenance would help with toilet cistern and other general stuff.

The stuff is very nice and helpful. Relaxing place and location is great.

I don't like that there was big voice next room (man working there). Because I was traveling very long trip and I want to rest.

We checked out the same day, choosing instead to stay at a relative's house

Not much to say here. We chose to check out the same day. The location is fine, located at Tahrir Square. However, the building itself is quite old and the elevator seemed unsafe. The inn is located at the 8th floor.

The staff didn't seem to know that we had a reservation. They asked us many questions about the reservation, and they couldn't find my name or records of my reservation. Initially they didn't know how many nights we made a reservation for or what kind of room we chose. They ended up giving us a room with one king size bed, when in my reservation I specified 2 separate beds.
