The Pensió is in a great location with bags of character run by welcoming hosts.

Quirky, homely feel run by friendly hosts. Fantastic room on roof terrace with views over the city. Great location near the Cathedral in the historic centre with good bike storage space.

Room was on 4th floor with no lift. Shower was poor

Exceptional!

We loved everything location, quirkiness, decor, staff - it was fantastic being right in the historical part of Girona

It may not be suitable for those with limited mobility due to location and stairs etc in property

A great start to a holiday in Spain, with excellent hospitality and friendship

The cheery welcome from Margarita and Esther, the beautiful feel of the old traditional house, the central position - round the corner from the Cathedral.

The receptionist made me feel so welcome and special nothing too much trouble

Very unusual calming and attractive . Love all the decor and the stone walls

Just didn’t know procedure if arrive after 7 pm but all resolved very soon and got to my room and beautiful flowers and apology on opening my door in am !!

Would recommend it !

Marguerite is a wonderful host. We loved the stone and art in the building as well as the narrow streets and hearing the bells of the cathedral. A great breakfast too

Fantastisch sfeervol verblijf

Wat een warm bad! Het gebouw waarin het pension zit is honderden jaren oud. Het is sfeervol ingericht met allerlei kunstwerken, prenten, beelden en andere mooie objecten. Het personeel is allervriendelijkst, super spontaan en maakt de hele ervaring echt af. Bovendien ligt het hotel op een superlocatie dichtbij alle culturele hotspots en gezellige restaurants. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk.

Het sanitair van onze kamer was wat verouderd, vooral de douche was erg krap. Maar dat neem je voor lief op zo'n sfeervolle plek!

Lovely old walled city - definitely a must see and stay

Location was perfect right near the cathedral and many restaurants. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Staff were wonderful and friendly.

Situation parfaite dans la partie historique de Gerona, maison ancienne de caractère et accueil très chaleureux.

Desayuno muy muy bien Personal amabilisimo y siempre dispuesto a hechar una mano la ubicación en la parte antigua al lado de la catedral no podía ser mejor

Volveré a pesar de ciertos inconvenientes

La atención recibida, la ubicación en el barrio viejo medieval y la decoración antigua mezcla de diferentes estilos. Pregunté dónde cenar cerca y la recomendación fue excelente: Le Bistrot.

Viajaba solo por trabajo y reservé una habitación individual. La ducha era una cabina de teléfono donde apenas te podías mover. Tampoco había armario. En general la habitación no me gustó pero si vuelvo a Gerona pediré mejor habitación porque me encantó la zona y el lugar. Otro inconveniente fue que al tener que marchar a las 6.30 de la mañana, el desayuno disponible fue muy escaso. Además, no había para calentar el café. Seguramente el desayuno era mejor a su hora de apertura (a partir de las 8h). Sin embargo, tuvieron el detalle de dejarme una bolsa con un bocadillo, un pequeño brik de leche sin lactosa y algo más. A pesar de estos inconvenientes, la pensión está bien y el trato es espectacular. Me encantó el restaurante cercano que me recomendaron: Le Bistrot.

Wonderful and Cosy

Wonderful property in the old part of the city. Both property and room reflect the historic part of town. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Cosy room

Nothing really - not the easiest to find in he narrow streets of Girona but well worth it when you get there.

Exceptional stay!!

Exceptional stay! From the moment we arrived, staff were friendly and welcoming, providing us with a drink of water after our mini hike to the accommodation. The location was superb in the middle of the old part of the city, and within short walking distance to all the most attractive locations. Really loved the style of the old building and the room was so clean! Thanks for a really impressive stay

Very friendly B&B in the heart of Girona

Staff were really friendly and went out of the way to help us have a lovely stay. We really appreciated the drinks of water on arrival and piece of cake. I also wanted to thank them for helping us get a taxi to the airport (side note, it is really tricky to get public transport to Girona airport on a Sunday) and chasing them up when they didn't arrive on time. Breakfast was also excellent. We loved the Catalan toast and the freshly squeezed orange juice. The B&B is in a great location, in the heart of the old town.

I was initially given a different room in error and was only told a few hours after checking in. I had to walk back to the hotel and switch to a very small room, so that someone else could have my initial room. It was a bit of a let down to have the small room after initially having a lovely one with a balcony. I appreciate mistakes can be made, and I had only paid for a small room, but I was a bit disappointed.

We loved the quirkiness, the generous breakfast and the friendly and helpful hosts.

This hotel was recommended by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. It’s a beautiful and quirky, full of interesting things. We had a single and a double room and the double, had a lovely balcony overlooking the cobbled streets below. The location was excellent, as was the breakfast. Most of all it was a welcoming and friendly place thanks to our exceptional hosts.

Exceptional

Beautiful medieval building right in the centre of Old Town. Room was gorgeous and clean with a lovely little balcony, I felt right at home. Christina and the team properly looked after me and were so helpful, I couldn't have had a better stay! Thank you!

For people who are sensitive to noise it might be worth bringing ear plugs - as it's next to the cathedral the bells go off regularly, even in the middle of the night. Didn't bother me but worth noting.

Fantastically Quirky accommodation

Absolutely perfect little quirky bed and breakfast in an amazing location. The hosts were perfect , friendly, and helpful. It's situated nextvtobthe cathedral in an area of winding streets.The breakfast was lovely. Great place to stay, and I would highly recommend .

Overall a nice experience for a short stay!

Pension Bellmirall is absolutely stunningly decorated, old fashioned and its located in the old town right next to the cathedral which was very nice! The room for breakfast is very cosy The room was nice, and the owners are very helpful :)

I could here everything from the people in the room next to me, the sound isolation is not good The breakfast was abit limitid in my perspective
