Qué decepción

El alojamiento está bien situado, pero poco más, es muy ruidoso pues está al lado de las vías del tren, está muy húmedo, huele mal, y hay que hacer colas para prácticamente todo. Si tienes incluida la piscina es una estafa porque muchas ocasiones te hacen esperar para entrar en un horario además muy limitado solamente desde las 12:15 hasta las 6:30 de la tarde

Hay que hacer colas cada día para desayunar, el horario de la piscina es muy limitado, y en algunos ocasiones te hacen esperar para entrar, hay una lista de espera, es increíble y a ellos les parece normal. Además todas las habitaciones huelen mal a húmedo, como si alguien hubiera estado fumando años y años.

Excellent buffet breakfast, clean, spacious room with Comfortable beds!

I like the buffet continental breakfast with different Japanese and Continental breakfast to choose from. We love the location, just 1km from Kyoto Station. And the bus transfer service to the train service was an excellent conveniwnt way for pixkup and dropoff at the station. We love the spacious room and comfortable beds! We had a restful sleep.

I dont understand why the fitness centreand swimming pool are only open between 1-8pm. I hope they open the fitness centre in the morning.

Our most comfortable stay in Japan.

We had the family room and it was very spacious. The pool area was a bonus and Walking distance to the Kyoto train station.

Breakfast was okay.

It's worth to the rate and would come again

Big room space, very clean and comfortable conditions.

Outside of the window you can see the rail tracks where you can hear the noise from. Luckily the trains stop proximately between 11pm and 5am. It didn't bother too much to our sleeping.

Solid stay in Kyoto hotel close to Train Station

The hotel is located a short distance from Kyoto station. We walked to the hotel upon arrival then found out that there is a free shuttle to/from Kyoto station running all day, so we used that for the next couple of days. Rooms were good size - we had a double queen with plenty of room to stretch out. Our infant soon enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows with a view of a bust traffic intersection and some rail lines. We had breakfast options - there was a buffet downstairs or a sitdown at a fancy french restaurant on the top floor. Opted for the buffet every day as it was easier to ensure our baby would find something to eat. The food was pretty good.

Although it was close to the train station, it is outside of town. Had to take a taxi or local trains to see the sights. It also housed large tour groups so if you ran into them at breakfast there were waits.

Good location. Value for money. Very convenient if you have a car

The location is prime. Walkable distance to Kyoto station and Aeon Mall. Parking is available for free (after contact with the hotel reception) Room was spacious in comfortable size.

Good breakfast, ice/water machine on the floor

Pool only opened from 1:30PM to 8:30PM The bar on the basement floor is depressive and the floor smells bad. Not inviting, dark, no windows…

Comfortable, clean and central hotel.

Great location and fantastic they had a shuttle bus to and from the station. We upgraded and our room which was large with bathroom. Also the window opened for fresh air that I loved. Very clean and lovely, helpful staff.

控えめにいって最高です！

駅から無料シャトルバスが出ている点、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえる点、ロビーから部屋まで清潔で綺麗でした。ホテルのスタッフの方皆様とても親切で安心して泊まれました。また京都に行く機会があったら是非泊まりたいです。

特にないです。最高でした。

Muy buena alberca y jacuzzi interiores

La alberca y jacuzzi interiores muy padres. Bien el bufete de desayuno, aunque los que están en la puerta no le dan la agilidad que debieran. Está cerca de la estación pero del lado más incómodo, por dos pasos a desnivel peatonales. Y el primer día no te sabes el camino ideal con rampas para las maletas!

Lo que mencioné del punto anterior que deberían avisar, desde su página del hotel, cómo llegar de la cercana estación de Kyoto rodando por rampas las maletas.

it was a good stay overall

excellent choices of meals. close to Kyoto station, few minutes walk. nice lobby, lifts for 'other' end rooms. friendly and helpful staffs.

the beds were hard. both my wife and daughter had body ache, while I was sleeping on the extra bed, no issues. mattress were hard.

I would probably stay again

Comfortable bed and friendly staff

Not worth the price.

Location is great

There is too much dust in the room. Staff at Breakfast buffet is very rude. The check out time is early compare to other hotels at the same region.

The hotel didn´t communicate bafore closing maintanance of internal pool. One of the reason for stay was pool .. Also staff hadn´t same informaiton about timing for free shuttle bus. It was in mess. Also open time for fitness and pool is only from latest afternoon...

Great customer service for a short stay

Stay for the experience not the location

I liked the experience of the hotel from reception until departure. It was such a pleasure from the reception, where they welcomed us and finished our processes, and then to the room which was Japanese styled room, to the food facility, which was superb. I liked how the staff treated us with great attitude, which is something one can be familiar with from Japan culture, however this hotel exceeded that treatment and attitude. You will be very happy here. You need to get to the top restaurant and have a taste from the Michelin Chef menu, where you won't bother by where you sit, because the restaurant will rotate beneath your feet.

The location is not exactly the best in Kyoto where you are literally far from all attractions. You will need a taxi to move around, and luckily, the taxis are cheaper than Tokyo.
