Very good

Room was comfortable and clean

The breakfast did not have enough spread... Also the place where breakfast is served is not good ... Not sure why time and effort has not been invested to make a good place to serve breakfast when rest of the hotel is good.

nothing worth mentioning

the mattress was solid. it felt like hardwood. the pillows were stinking of hair oil. there was no towel in the bathroom. the bathroom had a weird stink and felt as if someone forgot about a freshner concept. the receptionist was also very rude.

the rooms are unclean and there is a constant stench outside the property would not recommend anyone to go there we changed the room once n a new one but that was also unclean there were lip stick stains on the pillow covers bed sheets were dirty with were changed after we requested multiple times the cleaning staff was not very friendly and seemed to be upset about our requests we asked to cancel our reservation immediately but they wouldn’t budge and asked us to contact booking.com we were today by customer service that the booking will be refunded by the hotel but that was not done either awaiting further clarification on this we left within 30 mins

Only the size of the room and the bed.

The rooms were very dirty, spider webs, walls had something nasty that hasn’t been cleaned in months. Shower is not working well, lucky if you can switch to hot water and finish your shower.

Spring mattress was really uncomfortable, almost poking in the back

In room dining food was delicious and at reasonable cost was definitely a highlight

never gonna trust booking.com. its far better at agoda

Quite atmospheric condition

i booked for a single large bed. instead of giving that they gave me a room with two single bed joined as a double bed.adjusted one day the next day morning information given to customer care, they said will change it, at evening they are saying its not possible bcz room service is not available after 10. which is utterly ridiculous when you are charging premium compare to other hotels nearby. and the single beds are not at all comfortably cushioned. its damaged

Really underwhelming place - not worth saving a few bucks from slightly more expensive alternatives. look elsewhere

rooms were grubby, if not actually dirty. it’s very tired and run down and not nearly as smart as it looks in the pictures. location is poor down a very badly maintained road breakfast was due to start at 8. already too late but it was not ready by 8:15 so we had to leave bed not comfortable
