The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, with a terrace on each one. Good breakfast. Quiet location. I stayed four nights.

Some internal noise, depending on the other guests.

Great location, beautiful building.

The building and its decor were wonderful, the staff very helpful and everything was really close at hand. We had a great stay and will definitively come back.

Maybe somewhere to sit outside would be great, but not essential as there are many bars around.

Excellent choice for a short or long stay.

Very clean, comfortable and friendly small hotel, tastefully decorated and furnished. Located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac with free street parking adjacent to the hotel. Pleasant bedroom with an adequate terrace overlooking a small but interesting almost botanical garden, planted with exotic trees and shrubs labelled with their latin and common names. Being out of season (the best time to visit San José) the hotel was very quiet and although no cooked breakfast was available we were provided at no charge with all the food and equipment necessary for a basic DIY continental breakfast.

Very little. In a perfect world I would prefer to re-locate the hotel nearer the sea front (which is a 4-5 minute walk away). On the other hand it is equidistant (in the opposite direction) from a good Indian restaurant!

Great location in quiet street. Clean spacious rooms. Easy to park a car in the street next to the hotel. Comfortable bed. Complementary breakfast was a pleasant surprise!

very close to the beach, but hidden in the garden. quiet and perfect for relaxation. free parking and very good breakfast - even with almond milk❤️

there were some issues with the cold water but I am sure the staff is fixing it already

Good value, pleasant and friendly hotel.

Simple friendly hotel just outside the town centre. Nice little swimming pool. Good free parking.

Its next to a nightclub which was closed but could be noisy if open. Something without gluten would be a good option for breakfast.

Short break to San Jose.

A really lovely place to stay. Great location quiet area but close to all amenities restaurants and beaches. Easy parking right outside. The owners could not have been more helpful or friendly. The room and whole place was spotless. Nice pool area with a small pleasant garden area. Our room was downstairs with a lovely large terrace looking into the garden and park beyond. A really pleasant break and will definitely use again when visiting San Jose.

Location is good, 5min walking to San Jose beach. The night was ok.

Room could be cleaner. Towels look old and room had sand in the floor from previous guest.

Lovely place to stay, ideal location easy to park the car & quick walk to the beach. Owners were lovely & we felt very safe despite the covid situation. Will certainly revisit this hotel, in summer when more shops, restaurants etc are open 😎😃
