Very nice!

Breakfast was great

Lunch was really bad. Steak was tough and had to be sent back. Chicken kebabs as dry as the desert sand

spacious rooms, quiet, la belle restaurant

our spa booking was mixed up and we ended up not being able to experience the spa. our shower drain struggled with letting out water and our feet would be submerged while showering

We wish we could have stayed longer!

The room was extremely large and comfortable, and the hotel was in a stunning location. The breakfast was delicious and the staff in general were extremely helpful and friendly.

A good average stay but need to improve a number of things to justify the five star rating and price

The room and the staff was exceptional

The fact that there is zero room service after 9:30 or so. I called numerous times and only after a while I got through to reception and was told sorry the kitchen is closed. A Hotel at such a price point should have later room service. The food at the restaurants were inconsistent and the service at breakfast was slow.

nice, would come again with improvement

room was lovely and lovely pool. we felt like the service was extremely slow .. we left a drink at the bar and the pool as they both took 25 mins to arrive so we had to leave them. two issues we had - pool- we couldn’t get a seat but there were non guests at the pool - we informed reception. reservations - we called the hotel on the day to ask for a drinks reservation at 8pm to be told - no it’s fully booked. even if we are guests? yes fully booked. we turned up anyway and there were 4 tables free… just poor form. breakfast was ok - slow also! great hotel with potential but needs issues sorting to make it better. I think it’s worth pointing out this is my first ever review like this as I think the hotel needs the feedback

overall, the bedroom was lovely but the food options were poor. I’d think twice before returning

the bedroom was very comfortable, spacious and well laid-out

the foyer/reception area and lounge were in need to an upgrade and just felt a bit too worn Aside from the bar, which we found to be great, L the other two restaurants were over-priced for very average food and the service was poor.

Reception first thought I did not pay for my accomodation yet I did,only after I showed them proof did they manage to pick up that I paid before I actually got there...They had a condescending tone almost made me feel like I was lying....

Fantastic hotel. Very friendly staff that made us feel very welcome.

Lovely spacious rooms. Fantastic bed linen and shower.

We were unlucky to have some very noisy guests that were very noisy in the passages at 2am slamming doors.

Incredible place to stay and i will definitely be back !

From the moment we arrived to this bustling hotel we were greeted warmly and treated courteously. The room was huge ! with two separate bathrooms, one with a shower in it and one with a bath in it ( the bath was quite short but still lovely ) Food at this hotel is sublime - you definitely need to eat at "Blanko" and the cafe. It is a safe, short 10 min walk to a small mall if you need supplies. I never got to the Spa or did the forest trail but will hopefully get a chance to do both when we stay again ;-0

Nothing i didn't like. Other hotel people need to stay here so they can learn what to do to make a guest feel welcome and at home. Their chef's need to give lessons;-) If I had to be picky I would say that the only thing that put me off initially is the crowds of people at the front of the hotel ... i soon realised that it was patrons trying to get into the cafe to eat.

Lovely Hotel but should offer full spa facilities to all guests.

The Hotel was as good as expected. Comfortable, the staff were verey friendly and professonal and the service was excellent.

The only drawback was that it is advertised as an hotel and spa and we had hoped that all the advertised facilities would be available to guests but were told on arrival that all services werre completely booked up. This was a huge dissapointment as this was essentially what my wife wanted from the stay. We decided not to extend our stay as a result.
