It was fine, esp the location but i will not stay there again

-No lift -unpleasant experience at counter receptionist -moldy toilet -no toiletries ie. toothbrush

Good location near to waterfront and city centre. The room was comfortable enough and clean albeit a bit smaller ~

Not pleasant but easy for me to move around the Kuching city

the location is suitable for me to move around but the noise from behind this hotel is quite annoying. I can't sleep well because of it.

Hotel staff are polite

Cleanliness is the main issue. I got very bad bed bug bites. You can fell the sheet is not clean. Even towels i suspect were not washed properly. You can see dirt/mold build up in the corner.

Basic but close to main bazaar

Near the waterfront and chinatown and main bazaar.

No facilities - no spoon, no kettle, no cup. Parking difficult to find on the road.

what is most interesting is about the very strategic location. Also very affordable and user-friendly. It meets the target for those with a moderate budget.

Room not ready on time and no responsibility for the issues

Nothing.

The check in time is 2pm. But got 2 rooms wait unit 4pm just can check in. Ask what happened no answer, message also no reply. But know how to message if late check out got extra charge, so should i charge back the hotel for the late check in??? Since no response on this issues i take it as a not responsibly on customer.

lokasi yang strategik ,mudah mencari makanan halal

housekeeping( terdapat sampah seperti rambut ,plastik kecil,debu ) yang tidak disapu sepenuh nya.hanya mengemas katil dan menukar tuala

Your money worth as it is

Location, decent. Not that the place is not strategically located, only that its located on a slope. If you have to walk for your trip, then the last thing you want is to walk up the slope back to the hotel and into your room. Haha. Its a budget hotel, so no need to know about the facilities or whatsoever provided or not. You get for what you paid.

If I am using the standard of a budget hotel to leave my comment, then I can say this hotel everything okay. Bed big enough, comfy as well. Space? Quite claustrophobic. Bathroom? Well you can do your business normally and bath with hot water. Nothing more to be ask for. Cleanliness? Hmmm.. not that good for me but like I said, you get what you paid for.

Good location which is nearby to scenic beautiful clean waterfront and a lot of eateries. Hotel room and bed is comfortable. Friendly staff who would tried to help guests.

Perfectly good budget hotel by the Waterfront.

-Location is excellent, right next to the waterfront. -Clean and comfy beds and pillows. -Hot and powerful shower. -Powerful fan and A/C.

-Noisy noisy neighbours! From 11pm to 3am they were knocking loudly on doors, talking loudly through doors, grouping in the corridor talking loudly. From 5am people were making a lot of noise for leaving. Not the hotel’s fault… some people are selfish and inconsiderate of others.

Good

The location is strategic, near to river front where there are a lot of food available. The rooms are quiet and beds are comfortable. It has both aircon and fan. Plain water is available for refill at reception.

Toilet is smelly. There is no daily room cleaning even we stayed for few nights. Staff is not so friendly when i asked why i they need to write my credit card details. There is no car park available. It's hard to find car park too.

the cleanliness is so bad.. my first day disana, me and my mother sneezing non stop sbb debu melampau 😌 the glass window also, didnt clean thoroughly.
