nice place and would want to come back again

the cleanliness of the place, the friendly staff and all the staff wearing mask while on duty. Good for business trip too.

sound proof is a little weak as we can hear the noise when people are talking/kids running outside the room (corridor),

Loverly hotel with fantastic breakfast.

Nice clean economical option with a fantastic breakfast.

A bell sounds each time the lifts are called which can be heard in the rooms 24/7 disrupting sleep.

Ideal location to stay, accessible to tourist attraction and food stalls without car.

Restaurant is superb with great customer service and food. But the room and bathroom are too old and should be upgraded.

Хорошо тут пожить в городе кошек :)

Распположение очень удачное, до всех достопримечательностей в центре легко дойти пешком. Вокруг есть много магазинов, ресторанчиков, а также торговый центр с обменом валюты. До аэропорта недалеко ехать на такси. Сам отель симпатичный, на первом этаже очень стильный ресторан, где нас кормили отличным завтраком, а на ужин можно съесть стейк вагю, если у вас много денег.

スタッフは親切だった

周りにクラブがあるのか、週末に宿泊したため、夜中の2時過ぎまで外から聞こえる音楽がうるさく、眠れなかった。あと、部屋の掃除が行き届いてなく、ゴミが至る場所に落ちていた。

Clean and inexpensive hotel to stay and near to sightseeing the Kuching riverside areas.

The room was clean and the location was great for exploring the Kuching riverside.

Breakfast hyped as fabulous was a big disappointment.

Great location. Value for money.

The location is great. Rooms are quiet. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

No door for shower room, only curtain. The toilet easily get wet. Room is a bit small, luckily we only had one big luggage. If not no space for luggage.

Great hotel for the price and great location!

-Big comfy beds and pillows (with other pillows if needed). -Spacious room with plenty of space for baggage. -Full length windows with nets & blackout curtains. -Hot powerful shower (great for after jungle trekking). -Plenty of drinking water given to us over two days. -All staff encountered were friendly and welcoming. -Opposite both Atmosfera (Malay) and Ayam Penyet (Indonesian) restaurants - both very tasty.

Value for money

The Clearness, the helpfulness of the staff, the generousness of drinking water, most hotels only give 2, this hotel gives 4, Thank you. I am a smoker, they provide a seating place for smokers, another bonus point for the hotel.

The shade of the bathroom should be darker., or better still change it to curtains.

Nice & pleasant

Great location, spacious rooms, clean and walking distance to all the tourist spots.

Hotel couldn’t accomodate connecting rooms. I was travelling with kids so I had to change my plans
