Everything from start to finish was amazing.everything was there anyone would need. Pool was amazing and ref. Place was so clean not a spot of dirt or debris anywhere. Bathrooms spotless. You can’t go wrong renting here this place is great.

The house was really nice just like the pictures. It’s a great location to stay in and a really nice subdivision and would definitely visit again. You may want to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The owner only provides one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and then it’s up to the guest to purchase. I asked for a roll of paper towels and someone brought one roll. The refrigerator needed service. Unfortunately my food went bad because they couldn’t call service out on the weekend. I booked the property for the pool but didn’t allow my kids in it because it was really dirty. I would also suggest to read the guide provided in the home for clear instructions the info provided on evolve isn’t accurate.

Nice home and pool in great secure location. Patio area table/chair cushions need to be replaced, grill missing that was noted in property listing, but found out after arriving we could rent one for a fee (would’ve brought portable if knew ahead of), pool needed cleaning, theater room nice but a weird setup, kitchen sink water pressure low, rental license/occupancy license on wall expired, and not enough bath towels. Overall, the home is decent, security gate ppl were great, quick responses from homeowners & Fred, and great community pool area.

The house was clean, well appointed, and the beds were so comfy. The children and grandchildren hardly used the amazing resort because the house was so entertaining. The hosts were responsive and accommodating.( I couldn’t figure out my TV, lol. There’s so many places to go in the house with a million TVs.It’s very private as it isn’t jammed up against other units and outside faces the woods basket ball court, volleyball, and Tennis courts. In the distance. There’s overflow parking and parking for your travel trailers, etc.The resort has pool tables, ping pong, arcade games, theater, and work out room. You can get anything you need from the welcome center so you don’t have to lug all your personal sports equipment.The property is gated and the staff as well as the visitors were very friendly.I want this place all to myself so don’t go there (just kidding) I go there mainly to get together with my family and see my 92 year old Mother in St. Cloud.Spring for the heated pool. They had it all ready the first night we arrived.Also the twin beds accommodate adult size people.

Beautiful home, wonderful movie theater, very comfortable beds. Communication with owners with any requests was quickly honored. The pool was very enjoyable. It was a great respite from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.

Nice house!

This property was in a great location and the house was very nice and clean. However my boyfriend thought he was getting bit by bed bugs so we called the house manager and they came to inspect asap. And changed the bed linen and inspected mattress. I think it was mosquitoes but other then that a great clean huge nice house you would enjoy.

The house was great, the layout, which bedrooms on which floors, was different than what we thought , (this was important because we had 2 small children with us) but we made it work. we have stayed in other Windsor Hills properties so we really like the area and the property ammenities are great. had an issue with the poolside whirlpool but the caretaker of the property reached back out immediately, after we contacted them, and had someone come and try to repair. it (worked a couple of days) and they could not get the part to totally fix it while we were there.Theater room was a big hit with everyone. we would surely stay there again ,

Great home with lots of space for multiple families to stay. Kids loved the pool after the park. Although I do recommend spending the extra money to heat the hot tub/pool we did not and I wish it did! House was clean and the property contacts were so kind! Thanks for everything

If we could stay at this house for next vacay we would! The rooms were spacious, the community had more recreation activities than we imagined and top it off a pool and movie theater in the house was just the icing on the cake! Very clean home and did I mention the amazing amenities l!

Overall great experience

There were a few issues when we first arrived. We alerted the property manager and the owner and the issues were fixed very quickly. The house itself was very nice. Location was great. The resort pool, splash pad and water slides were awesome. Our son couldn't get enough. If we ever return, we'd definitely consider booking this property again.

Kids had a great time, the location and community are very nice. We had issues with property when we checked in and owner responded to help solve most of the problems. We believe due to COVID the property had not seen recent use and that may have contributed to some of the problems. We had a fun time with our family in the pool and using the other amenities. Our family vacation was a great time.

Amazing!!!

Amazing!!!

This was a fabulous vacation home for us. It was beautiful inside and out. We loved our time in the pool. We spent our days a Disney and our evening in the pool. It was so close sometimes my husband and I would split up to take one kid back to the house to rest while the other stayed at Disney. It took about 12-15 minutes to get back and pick us up. Amazing vacation and looking forward to returning!!!
