Un hôtel qui fait aimer la destination.

Emplacement idéal, proche du centre ville, avec vue sur la cathédrale !La déco de l'hôtel très soignée crée une atmosphère accueillante. Personnel très professionnel. Un parking privé est disponible, très proche de l'hôtel. Restaurant de qualité, plats délicieux, service impeccable. Petit déjeuner complet et de qualité.

Peut être, concernant la décoration de notre chambre, apporter le même soin que dans les parties communes.

Versleten hotel maar prima ligging

De ligging is super. Het restaurant is goed. Vriendelijk personeel dat goed Engels spreekt.

De kamers zijn oud met veel gebruikssporen. Hele kleine douche met gordijn weggestopt en slecht bereikbaar achter de wc-pot. Heel erg gehorig, je kon de gesprekken in de kamer aan de andere kant van de gang prima volgen. Lift van 70 bij 50 cm. Koffer en 1 persoon past net. .

Perfect location and friendly staff!

Very friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast (breads, pastries, cold meats/cheese, eggs, fruit, yoghurt and delicious coffee!) I booked a room overlooking the Cathedral and it was stunning! Also the hotel is just a 3 minute walk from both the train station and the Cathedral so was very convenient.

Great place to stay in the centre of Chartres, excellent staff

Great staff, really helpful, Good location in Chartres. Breakfast very good

When we made the booking we requested secure cycle storage, which the hotel confirmed was available to us. However, on arrival we were offered the residents car parking area which was part of the public multi storey car park - this is not secure cycle storage. But the hotel staff quickly resolved the problem by storing our cycles within the hotel.

Lovely, well located hotel in the centre of lovely Chartres.

Excellently located hotel in the centre of Chartres. Clean, nicely designed rooms. Hotel parking across the road.

There wasn't anything I didn't like however a couple of points to note. The car parking is not big so anyone with a large vehicle could find it a little tight. The bathroom was small. And the restaurant is a top class restaurant (i.e. charges premium prices). This isn't a comment on the quality of the restaurant nor a criticism - more a comment for awareness that if you're arriving and just looking for a simple meal you won't get it here. It's more fine dining.

Nice place for a haltime-stopover on our way to basque country.

Very nice outdoor dining & bar. Reception called surrounding hotels to find a secure parking for our car that was too high for their own garage

Had to sit in a bathtub for showering. Miniature bathroom.

Will never stay again.

Bed was comfortable

Size of rooms. Very hot room. Fan did not do anything. Asked for a drink at bar at 9pm to be told it was closed. Size of shower ....never seen such a small shower.
