Esstaba muy centrico, el precio estaba bastante bien y las camas no estaban mal

Es barato, el precio compensa las desventajas.

Es lo que pagas al fin y al cabo. Si buscas un lugar para simplemente dormir barato, está bien. Lo bueno también es el tema del acceso por códigos. Dan mapas gratis. Aunque la cama tenía los muelles salidos dormí bastante bien.

Supuestamente había recepcionista hasta las 22hs, fuimos rápido a propósito y llegamos casi media hora antes del cierre y ya no había nadie. El suelo de la habitación y del baño estaba sucio y con pelos ajenos. No había ventiladores para la noche y la ducha estaba rota.

Dommage que le manque de propreté l'emporte sur le reste ...

L'emplacement, le prix, le personnel.

Le poil sur la cuvette en rentrant dans la sdb privative... et LES poils dans le coin derrière la porte de la sdb. Les papiers qui sont resté sous le lit ... Le manque de discrétion de certains jeunes ...

Habitación pequeña y en zona ruidosa.

Ofrecía café y té gratis en una sala junto a la recepción. Pudimos guardar las maletas gratis en recepción al día siguiente para hacer turismo. Tenía ascensor.

La habitación era muy pequeña y contaba con 4 camas tipo litera. Éramos 4 personas y era muy incómodo moverse por el espacio tan reducido. Además, había una humedad en la pared de encima de una de las camas. Se escuchaba totalmente a los vecinos y los ruidos de la calle, donde hay varios pubs y bares donde ponen la música alta. En cuanto al baño, cogimos uno privado dentro de la habitación, que también era muy pequeño con plato de ducha y cortina, la cual se te pegaba a la espalda constantemente. No había espacio para colocar lo mínimo necesario de aseo y el soporte de la alcachofa de la ducha estaba roto. No repetiría acorde a calidad-precio.

Disappointing for a family.

The staff was very polite. The room was clean.

The room was very small for a family. Since there was no Air Conditioning, the window was open only to smell the smoke of people smoking on the street and hear the noise from the next-door bar. The beds were not comfortable and looked old. When it was really hot, other customers were leaving their room doors open while sleeping in their rooms. This is not what I want my children to see before going to bed.

Pleasant

Extremely nice staff! Good water pressure and drains. Passable shower size. Good wifi, lockers provided, own ac socket. Kettle, microvawe, fridge, freezer.

Awfully cramped in the room, it was hard to even turn around. Room also very hot even though common spaces with acceptable temperature. Just one blunt knife in the common kitchen. The sharp one nedded to be borrowed from reception (limited hours). No stove, very unconformable to wash up.

Good location and nice staff

The first male receptionist was fantastic and gave us good information. He also fixed the bed when we told him it was broken. There was a lift to get our bags up without struggling up the stairs. The room was okay with an open window to catch the breeze. The bathroom was small but functional with a good hot water service. The location was great, close to the Guggenheim and about 30 minutes from the old town. The community area was pleasant with a kettle and fridge to store food.

The bunk bed near the window, where I like to sleep, was difficult to access as the ladder was right against the wall. I had to get a foothold on the heater then hoist up. Sometimes the mattress slid and I nearly fell off. The bed had slats which were broken when we arrived. The receptionist organised repairs immediately which was good. On a hot day the room could be stuffy as no fan.

location was great. good walking to many places

there was a really bad smell that just stuck with you throughout the whole property. it was also very loud at night. parking was challenging to come by.

THIS IS NOT AN HOSTEL

no sure for 1 girl alone. there’re lot of homeless people who live there stealing things and requiring money.. I personally assisted of a fight in my room at 01 am.. nothing is clean, I don’t even find the pillow and my bad was so dirty.

Good location and cold room

Good location, elevator, common kitchen area has tea and coffee, kettle, fridge, plates and TV.

Cold room, without heating in November. Without parking, Wi-Fi was unstable and bad connection.

not much to be honest...

one of the four bunk beds was broken and we had to fix it, place is not clean, pretty run down place. very noisy at night due to bars next corner. entry door was broken due to energy supply fail over. took them a long time to fix, and we were not able to enter the room. also other guests where affected. we would look for another place next time if we would have the option. the place was a rip off, but what could you expect in high season getting the last room in town...

The room was very clean and the bed moat comfortable. Also the room bad a terrace.

Exceptional

Great location in Bilbao. Yes, it's budget and the reception area would make you wonder about the rooms. But our room was excellent. Clean, comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate, even stocked with soap, shower gel and shampoo. This was the same price as its pitching tents in a campsite, so no complaints at all. Exceeded our expectations.

Super friendly check-in staff, but not onsite until 4.30pm so don't try to get an early check-in!

A few noisy people outside the bars up the street, but it's the price for having a good, central location!

Great place, perfect stay.

The room was better than we expected for the price we paid. We were a group of friends staying in Bilbao during its traditonal festivities, so we only used the place to sleep and take showers. It also had a common room with some tables, sofas and a fridge.

The location is not the best, a little far from the center, but nothing the subway can't solve. Also the cleaning of the room didn't include making the beds, which would have been a good detail.

Horrible experience.

The place of the hostel is very good. Around the hostel are good restaurants, bars, supermarkets. It is good tranport connections. Check-in is quick.

The is private fot two, but inside was 2 bunk beds, one of them was above the window, and it's not possible ot close the window. Of the bottom of one of matress was terrible blotch, like a blood, and when you lie on the lower bed it is visible on the upper one. No ventilation in the bathroom. The noise is horrible. All night long! Party in the rooms and corridors and construction repair. Impossible to sleep.
