Superbe hôtel très bien situé avec équipements de qualité

Beau bâtiment, belle rénovation, accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Petit déjeuner et dîner au restaurant Les Fenêtres de bonne qualité. Spa très plaisant avec les douches sensorielles, une piscine intérieure, sauna, hamman. Situation dans Marseille idéale.

Accès pas très simple en voiture, nous nous sommes perdus dans le Panier avant de trouver.

Slow service

Loved the rooms and, the location was excellent.

The dinner service, we waited 1.5 hours for our food. We were comped a salad, thank you, but then had the same slow service at the bar the next day.

Le service Room service vide, ils n’avaient absolument rien le premier soir sous prétexte qu’ils ont été dévalisés Le ménage très mal fait : poubelles pas vide et 2chambres sur 4 n’ont pas été faites du tout quand nous sommes rentrés tard le soir

Servicio de desayuno lento y poco eficaz. Mesas sin mantel !!! Desayuno vulgar para ser un cinco estrella. Nos dieron muy mala habitacion. Protestamos y nos cambiaron a la 721. Habitacion vulgar.

Top hotel midden in de stad.

Groot hotel mooie kamers ietwat zakelijk. Goede bedden. Hele goede badkamer met douche en bad. Vanaf terras prachtig uitzicht op de stad. Ontbijt prima op terras. Hele attente valet parking super aardig. Binnen 2 minuten in de Vieux Port.

Zo'n mooi pand op zo'n mooie locatie. En dan is het interieur in de lobby en het terrasmeubilair het net niet. De interieurstylist moet er even doorheen. Ok. We zijn verwend ;-)

Een aanrader als je van discrete klasse houdt!

Het hotel ligt perfect, net tussen Le Panier en Le Vieux Port. Toch is het rustig. De kamers zijn ruim en zoals het hoort voor zo’n hotel is de discrete klasse er sterk aanwezig. De cocktails zijn top, vooral de zelfgemaakte geïnfuseerde negroni is een aanrader! De mensen die de parking regelen zijn toppers, proficiat!

Enkel bij de check out was er een botte dame aan de receptie. Ze was wellicht slecht gezind die dag. Maar zij viel volledig uit de toon.

Bel hôtel idéalement placé

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, la décoration ainsi que le service aussi. La chambre est confortable, spacieuse et bien pensée. Idéal pour visiter Marseille. Le restaurant est très bon, le bar aussi. C'est l'un des plus beaux hôtels de Marseille.

En arrivant on me dit que j'ai été surclassé, formidable, je suis très content, arrivé dans la chambre, c'est strictement celle que j'ai réservé sur Booking, très dommage, je n'ai pas compris le principe... La piscine du SPA est assez bruyante.

Le service client est excellent. Check-in fait bon accueil, chambre propre et confortable; SPA excellent; petit déjeuner parfait. La salle fitnesse est aussi top. L'équipe est très discrete et toujours là pour repondre au moindre besoin. Parfait!

Quite good but disappointed with my experience on Tuesday morning at breakfast.

The room was lovely. The food and staff were excellent

The room was quite far from the stairs and lift. I was also a few minutes late for breakfast on Tuesday morning. I arrived at 10.35 and the staff were unable or did not want to let me get breakfast or give me a few pastries or a snack from the breakfast, which I requested they do. I was extremely disappointed by this and even offered to pay extra and sit outside.

Lit confortable, personnel gentil, le SPA et la piscine très bien. Bouteilles d'eau dispo à la piscine. Très beau bâtiment classé

447 euros pour une nuit sans petit-déjeuner, très cher et ne correspond pas standing promis. Le descriptif booking nous promettait une très belle vue sur le port, nous avons payé plus cher pour cette vue et c'était faux. La vue donnait sur un HLM, en bas c'était sale donc plein de mouches devant la fenêtre, on n'a pas voulu ouvrir les fenêtres. D'ailleurs en arrivant, on a trouvé une mouche morte sur la table de la chambre, photo à l'appui. Pareil pour la vue sur le port, il y avait 10 cm de vue entre 2 immeuble. Notre était le HLM. Vraiment en colère contre le descriptif de booking et très déçu. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre, on a appelé l'accueil dans la soirée et personne n'est venu. Ça soufflait froid. Le mobilier de la chambre est vieux et abîmé. Table ronde sur laquelle il y avait la mouche morte était bancale, on n'a pas osé l'utiliser, et le banc aux pieds du lit bancale aussi, il a failli basculer on ne s'est plus assis dessus. Une seule bouteille d'eau dans la chambre alors que nous étions 2. Habituellement on adore prendre des photos de nos chambres mais là tellement déçus par la vue et la mouche morte au prix qu'on a payé qu'on n'a même pas pris de photos hormis la mouche et la vue décevante.

Rude receptionist Olivia ruined my enjoyment of the hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent position above the Old Port, a huge palace that dominates the city, with an atmosphere of old luxury. The breakfast is of high quality, in line with the image of the hotel, on the terrace with a magnificent view of the Old Port and the cathedral. In our room, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, with a bathtub and a shower.

For a hotel of this quality and reputation, the behavior of the employee at the reception is unacceptable. She asked for a card to secure payment during check-in, but she used a faulty device, which caused my first card to be rejected, then the second. I ended up having to make a bank transfer from card to card, which I didn't intend to do at all, but the third card was also declined. When I warned her that the machine might be broken, she took another one and, of course, the first card went right through. The employee did not even apologize for this embarrassing omission. I was told her name was Olivia. My entire stay in an otherwise pleasant hotel was ruined by this event.

Large room. Nice location in the city. Amazing view from the front steps.

Air conditioning had trouble with the extreme heat, but the provided fan made it fine.
