Pension sans prétention mais bon rapport qualité prix.

Bon séjour au Heidl Guesthouse. La chambre était propre et très calme. Eau chaude dans la douche. Radiateur allumé pour une chambre chaude.

Le petit déjeuner est servi dans l’établissement d’à coté et n’est servi que jusqu’à 9h. Quand on a besoin de dormir, c’est un peu tôt.

Location

I was double booked and they cancelled my booking after waiting 2 hours for them to do so my room was given to somebody else the day before who was staying 2 nights told them I would have been charged for room I f I didn’t turn up I was there early to check in at 115 pm check in is 2pm was told all rooms and keys are out while waiting 2 other customers got a booked room and another solo traveler like me also got a room there solution was then they wanted to charge me my original booking fee £50 remember for a room they didn’t have for me and book another hotel which was over 3 times more expensive and let booking com refund me later the difference at a later date this meant I would have had to pay £210 and hope I got a refund from booking com crazy as fault was with hotel as they kept me waiting and came up with lies after lies missed 2 hours of music festival I payed £78 to see then missed last 1 hour as I then tried to get a train home which I had to pay as my original plan was to stay in hotel and had bus booked the next morning on top of that was not aloud to take my overnight bag inside venue and had to dump that in a bin by rewind team as it had all my stuff in deodorant aftershave scissors shaving foam jeans alcohol tshirt phone charger soap razor

Disappointing

Overall Perth was a disappointment for us. Definitely not a tourist place. Nothing to do at all here. There was some unpleasant smell in the rooms, like an old tree with some spices. The room had traces of use everywhere. The spoons were dirty. The bathroom shower holder was broken. Old carpets. Separate beds. They serve breakfast in the morning but Perth was so disappointing for us that we decided to leave it as early as possible even before breakfast and we bought train tickets for an earlier ride even though we had tickets for the bus already that would go 3 hours later.

Location was good. Right in the middle of town

The property failed to mention that your private bathroom is outside the room, so you need to get out to pee or shower.... I paid 52£ and it wasn't worth more than 30£

Rooms spotlessly clean. Staff very good.

a little tired, but still serviceable for one night.

The location (10 minutes walk to the train station and another 10-15 minute walk to the city center) and thoughtful service of the staff.

we were in an attic double room. appreciated the luggage racks provided but really, no room to set it out. just enough space for a person to walk around the bed, the ceilings were low, and the stair climb steep.

checking in was easy, room was quiet and away from the road, breakfast was next door in hotel and was very nice and the waiter very efficient and polite. I had everything I needed in the room for a good nights sleep.

I booked twin beds but my room only had a double bed, though that was very comfy. The radiator was sadly not working in the room, although the bathroom heater did work. A few cushions in the armchairs would have made them comfier and perhaps a blanket to keep warm with! Not much health and safety information in the room. No external fire escape available as on third floor but could get out of window onto flat roof in an emergency if had to!

One night in Perth

Easy to find, good to park. Close to City centre and a short walk to the river. Next to a main road but I couldn't hear the traffic in my room. Very clean and quiet generally in my room. Warm and well stocked with drinks. Ace shower!! Friendly staff.

For some reason the TV remote was missing! Hot water took ages to come through in bathroom basin and it wasted a lot of water. Didn't like having to go to the hotel next door for breakfast - but that's probably a seasonal thing.

EVERYTHING!!!!! Jackie was a fantastic host. Very friendly and helpful one of the best guesthouses I've stayed in an there's been a lot. Would highly recommend staying here if looking for accommodation. Could not fault the place an topped of with an excellent breakfast.. Thank-you........

Room was very clean and comfortable. Met at the door by Jackie who was extremely friendly, given a map of Perth with local amenities marked. (Great idea). Breakfast very very nice. We got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble, a great place to stay.

We only had time to stay for 1 night.

Best host ever--also lovely breakfast, room, and location!

Jackie was the kindest, most genuine host! We even kept her up after dinner one evening chatting away (oops!). The place itself is also wonderful, and very well-located. It was a rare scorcher during our July stay, and she was considerate enough to keep the shutters closed before our arrival to keep the heat out. Would go back in a heartbeat--thanks for having us, Jackie!

First class value for money stay at Heidl B&B

The very central and yet quiet location along with off street parking was a huge advantage. My room was comfortable, clean and well equipped, breakfast was first class and the owner, Jackie, could not have been more welcoming, helpful, efficient and pleasant. The price was excellent value for money. A very well run B&B and I will have no hesitation in staying here again.

There is nothing I did not like about this property.

Good location, easy walk from train station and into town. very welcoming and helpful staff. breakfast was delicious.

We were in a front room so it was quite noisy as it is on the main road,however earplugs were provided.
