The only place to stay in Perth!

We have stayed at the Tay apartments multiple times since 2019. It’s 200m from our daughters apartment in Rose Terrace so very convenient. We love everything about Earn and Braan. The bed in Braan could be bigger.

The bed in Braan is too small. That room can fit a one size up bed. I have mentioned this countless times.

Great stay in beautiful apartments

Beautiful apartments with all the amenities you need. Close to town centre. Good quality toiletries and great shower. Lovely outside seating area. Host left bottle of wine for our use in each apartment

I will definitely use this apartment again. it was so fantastic!

it is such a beautiful apartment. the location is perfect. AC and heating are easy to use.

I was worried to get make up on the towels or bed sheets. everything is very beautifully luxurious

AMAZING

We loved the space. we booked the smaller apartment for us both however upon arrival we were upgraded to the ISLA apartment which is my favourite by far! The rooms are clean and comfortable!

The only issue I would point out if I felt the fridge smelt. After a quick clean this smelt better but still not the best. oh and the heated towel rail in the bathroom didn’t work but this wasn’t the end of the world.

Lovely few days in Perth and having the apartment to relax in was an added bonus

it was decorated to a high standard and had lovely extras, white company diffusers for example. The location was excellent, so central and had a beautiful view from the front room window. Parking was included and easy to access.

Nothing to dislike, some extra cleaning materials would have been useful but not essential

Gorgeous apartment, excellent location and lovely host.

Tay apartment was gorgeous. Excellent location, modern decor and White Company toiletries, what's not to love? The kitchen was modern and well stocked with glasses, crockery etc. The bed was super comfy and Amanda the host was so friendly and available to us. We couldn't have asked for anything more for our 10th wedding anniversary.

Very good

It was very comfortable, cosy & warm; appreciated BT Sport & private parking space. Excellent shower. Easy to walk to restaurants, pubs etc.

Nothing really but slightly surprised by the paucity of the kitchen resources e.g. only 2 cups & 1 mug, no tall glasses for a beer. Did not impact on our stay but just seemed slightly out of sync with the rest of the high quality of the apartment.

Location was great, apartment very comfortable and warm, staff very helpful when we needed them

Not a lot of crockery. Had to ask for more plates to enjoy our new year dinner. Footstool for chair or anthr 2 seater would have been more comfortable for watching TV

Superb

The property was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and in an excellent location. We had booked a one bedroom apartment but - due to essential maintenance - the team at Tay Apartments kindly upgraded us to the two bedroom apartment in the same block. Having two bedrooms and the extra space made the stay even more useful and enjoyable!

The location of the property was amazing and was very comfortable

Unfortunately the place was very dirty, there were food marks all up the cupboards and food all through the long haired mat (highly recommend not having a long haired mat in a holiday apartment), the dishes and utensils were also very dirty and so was the kitchen floor. i had to clean the cupboard and utensils myself to feel comfortable using them

Gorgeous apartment that I would stay at again if back I’m this part of the world.

The apartment was lovely - towels and toiletries were extra special, from white company so they smelt amazing! Beds were comfortable and great pillows and which is a real bonus. Was really happy they were able to set up a twin room as well as a double for my two girls - kept them happy to have their own bed.

I do yoga every morning and when I moved the rug slightly to do this, there were quite a few crumbs and a mark on the carpet underneath. Overall I think the carpets could have done with a better clean but this could have been due to the Henry Hoover as they are not the best - a more powerful hoover would be recommend. Although this wouldn’t deter us from staying here again.

Great location, needs more attention to details.

Great location overlooking the Inch. Comfortable beds.

The main bathroom smelled very strongly of damp. The second bedroom window was wide open on arrival. I assume to disperse the smell.The room was freezing to sleep in that night. There was only enough plates, cups, cutlery for four. We were a couple but had to keep washing the dishes. We bought our own dishwasher tablets. The wardrobes had only one strong hanger and lots of children's hangers. We bought our own and took them home after use. We also purchased a neutradol air freshener for the damp smelling bathroom which didn't help?

Had a lovely comfortable stay & would definitely return.

property was lovely, clean & warm. Good information at hand on how to use appliances etc. Needed advice on the the door code which was dealt with promptly in a friendly professional manner. 10 out of 10 for customer service.

Had a bit of an issue with closing & opening the window shutters. curtains caught onto them.

Really enjoyed the few days in Perth and the flat was excellent apart from the two issues mentioned.

Great location, clean, tidy. Staff were very helpful when we had an access issue.

Entry keypad stopped working on Saturday. Could not get back into flat until this was fixed by electrician. Noisy, uncourteous neighbours in apartment above until midnight (quiet after that though).
