Everything fine except that didn't realise that there was a microwave in the room. Then that could have been me not reading it on your site.

Good size room with microwave, laundry facility onsite (extra cost), ample parking.

Hotel had a laundry room, room was a good size, microwave in room, clean, ample parking, self checkin.

overall ok. no staff contact was a bit odd.

location was good for our purposes.

Requested to wash dishes and cutlery but had to do so in bathroom sink. very odd and unhygienic.

The facilities were really excellent. Everything that one might expect plus a microwave. it was a big room, well lit, well designed and light. It had 5 beds but was not cramped.

There is no reception. registration is totally on line. prior to arrival I received 6 emails all telling me about on line registration. I drove 6 hours to get there. When I arrived the Reception was closed. I wandered around and finally a man emerged who told me that I should “ go check my phone”. It seems a code is sent that will allow me to open a box somewhere and get my key. i don’t have an Australian SIM card. He rang someone who told him that I had an overseas number so she gave him the code and the problem was solved. I can understand that Covid required a new business model but for overseas travellers without an Australian SIM card it does not work. And being told to “ go check my phone” after driving 6 hours was less than hospitable. I’m sorry to write this as it is probably a family hotel and the room far exceeded expectations. I wish them well but the absence of a Reception soured my stay.

plenty of parking

I never met anybody from the motel. it was all done, including check in my txt and machines. I did not like the fact that I had to step into a bath to have a shower. I’m not young and there were NO addition hand rails to steady me. I’m not young and I found it a little difficult.

Wonderful view of the lake and easy location getting to the ski fields Helpful staff (on-line & phone) Easy Self check-in Basic but clean with very comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again

Simple, comfortable, but lacking the service expected for the extremely high price during winter.

Check-in was simple. The room was comfortable and spacious. The basics were great.

The hotel was extremely busy but no had staff on site. The television was broken; no had checked to see whether it was OK. This was the most expensive hotel room I've ever paid for ... but guests had to wash their dishes in the bathroom sink!
