Terrible Beds and Unsanitary Rental!

There were a lot of beds and the location was good.

The bed sheets were dirty, there were hairs from the previous stay on the bed sheets. It was obvious that the bed sheets were not washed. Two of the beds were concaved so we had back pains from sleeping on the mattresses the first night. The second night, we couldn't sleep on the horrible mattresses so we had to sleep on the floor. Moreover, we were only provided one role of toilet paper for 8 people staying for 3 nights! The terrible beds caused us to cut our vacation short so we requested to check out one day early but Vacasa would not refund us for the last night that we didn't stay. They refused to provide any compensation for our discomfort and inconvenience. The customer service was terrible, I was on the phone dealing with customer service for a good portion of the trip. The wait time with customer service was long and in the end, we didn't receive much assistance with our complaints. I don't recommend this rental to anyone and I will never use Vacasa rentals again. They have terrible customer service!

Despite door problems would consider staying here again.

Hot Tub. We also left a laptop that management was able to return to us.

Could not change the code on the door so door was unlocked for two days

House needs better care.

The quite location

The lights in the kitchen did not work. No proper lock of the main door. Repeated requests were not answered with a solution. Upon request a fire extinguisher was brought after one day. No heating material included. Paintings broken hidden under beds. Upstairs lights missing and almost broken. Not solved.

Arriving for check-in at 5 pm. No information on where to check-in, house number or key code. After endless discussions on the phone with booking.com, who confirmed our booking and Vacasa the local agency, it turned out that the booking got lost between the two agencies. Instead of having a nice afternoon dipping in the pool and having a nice dinner, we ended up sitting in an overheated car, anxiously waiting if we would find a place to sleep for the night, while being pushed back and forth between the two company's hotlines, everytime talking to a different operator. At 8 p.m. we were finally allowed to book a different accomodation, after declining a suggested alternative. I mean, the original booking was for three bedrooms with four beds and the suggested alternative was 1 bedroom... Well can't say anything about the accomodation, but the booking and the Hotlines were horrible.

Convenient location, everything within walking distance. My kids loved it.

I wish they allowed pets, but it's understandable.

just right for a family weekend.

everything was good about this property. the only hiccup was the wifi network. it was down and it took us awhile to find the actual box to reset it. otherwise, everything was just right for the price. basic, but just what we needed.

a Black widow spider, down wifi, and no sharp knives. otherwise, great!

Upon arrival the inside of the villa was 30° F. We turned on the bottom floor heating system, and to our surprise the 2nd and third floor had no heating system, only space heaters. We plugged those up, but it keep tripping the breaker. There was plenty of wood for the wood oven but no tinder to start a fire. Called the front desk for assistance and they told me to Google how to start a fire. We eventually got it started. Took a couple hours to warm the place

The curtains in the kitchen, the toaster only toasts if you hold the handle down, the light in the upstairs bathroom went out on Monday, the pillow in the upstairs bedroom did not have a pillow case
