Praktische Lage und für ein bis zwei Nächte perfekt, wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche stellt

Super Lage, toller bemühter Service, der Herr am Empfang war ein multitalent, für alles zuständig. Alles im Griff!!

Rien !… La 1ére valeur ACCOR est : La Passion pour la satisfaction client !… Durant mon séjour dans cet hôtel, j’ai été choqué en trouvant de la matière fécale dans la cuvette des toilettes !!!!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽... la moquette sale : pas aspiré c’est une certitude !… la housse de couette arrachée !… En bref ! honte à vous Hôtel Ibis de Cognac

Le ménage inexistant dans la chambre ! Sale et mauvaise odeurs de canalisations…

Mediocre at best.

Room was spacious enough. Good location.

It was like a sauna. The Receptionist said it was because France only allows air con to a certain temperature but everyone else we knew staying there was able to control theirs and ours was just blowing warm air on a hot August day. Toilet pretty grimy, the seat was yellow.

Blues weekend

Great location , easy walk into Cognac centre. Lovely, friendly, welcoming staff 😊good aircon system. Great parking opposite.

Dated, poor decoration, grey painted wood chip was not an inviting colour for the room. A couple of bottles of water in the room would have been nice, although the lovely receptionist did offer us a cool drink in the reception area. Toilet door difficult to close., towels were very thin.

Perfect for a weekend break in Cognac

Comfortable, clean room with air-conditioning. Change of towels each day. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice touch of free chilled detox water (with lemon or cucumber) available at reception area.

Good stay, great hospitality but lacking in basic amenities..

Great location and lovely staff, comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. I didn't have a travel adaptor and the staff managed to dig one out from somewhere, which was a complete life-saver as I had to do work on my laptop. They also ensured I was comfortable throughout the stay and providing water as well as keeping my luggage before my car arrived in the afternoon.

Very basic room without the usual amenities - no bedroom slippers and the carpet was obviously dirty. No refrigerator in the room. Hairdryer was kind of broken, only one soap for everything...

No aircon until June, whatever the temperature

A typical budget hotel.

Our room was roasting when we first entered. The air conditioning did not work, so we went to reception to tell them. Apparently, the air con is not switched on until June, regardless of the weather, or their guests discomfort. We asked to move rooms to one which had not been in full sun all afternoon. This room whilst still warmer than we'd like was a little cooler. This hotel lists air conditioning amongst its facilities. It should be clear that this is not always available.

great location for a few days exploring Cognac

location was great, free parking across the street, breakfast was good!

we almost got stuck in the elevator a few times, we’d take it to ground level and the door wouldn’t open, it would then proceed to level one, not open and then it would go to ground and luckily open.

Very good hotel with good location and quality

Hotel location is amazing. In the very calm part of the Cognac center, close to Martell and Remy Martin. Big free parking just in front of the hotel. Hotel is cozy and clean, good option for solo travelers or couples. Ideal for business reasons. Breakfast was good with fresh food and bakery products. Staff was helpful when needed.

The location was good and the FREE car park was just opposite

I had 3 rooms in total and all 3 had unclean bathrooms. First 2 had a lot of noise so I moved which they were very helpful with. All the carpets were stained and it just had an old, tired and unloved feel about the place.

Ok but that's all not coming back

Location was great near city center and lots of parking options around. but that was about it. I wouldn't stay here again for the price I paid.

Breakfast was not good at all, limited choice, nearly no hot options, often run out of stock at 8 AM not continues filled. Room was small, noise, thin walls and cleaning was awful, spend 3 nights and every day the made the bed but did not clean the rest of the room, the floor, bathroom was not cleaned. Yeah new towels were placed but that was it. Overall not a good impression.
