Satisfaite quelques axes d’amélioration

La décoration est canon, la propreté, les équipements de très belle qualité,l’emplacement de premier choix avec un parking à proximité. L’accès au logement très bien balisé, fluide et facile. Les communs sont nickels. La proposition de repas pour le soir est top, je vous invite à communiquer en amont, dans le SMS de confirmation par exemple,, si je l’avais su à l’avance j’aurais commandé un repas pour mon arrivée hier soir. Je reviendrai lors de mon prochain déplacement sur Cognac.

Quelques axes d’amélioration, Il y a avait une odeur d’égout assez désagréable dans le loft Gustave Eiffel. J’ai hésité à vous faire un SMS hier soir pour vous en informer. Les volets ne semblent pas s’ouvrir intégralement, je suis arrivée vers 21h donc pas grave, mais si je devait revenir l’été ou passer plusieurs jours, cela me semble plus délicat, surtout si j’ai besoin de faire du télétravail. Un peu pénible de défaire les draps, faire la vaisselle, mais rien de grave. Pour info, J’ai noté un porte serviette cassé dans la salle de bain, il était déposé dans le meuble de la salle de bain.

Very cosy and clean loft

Cosy room with little kitchen nearby the charente river. Everything was nice and clean and staff was so helpful

Central location, but poor value for money.

The location is very central in Cognac. Manager quick to respond to calls and emails. Interesting old building.

The building is hard to find, there is no sign visible from the road that this is the place. Once found, the car park entrance is narrow, ramped and bumpy, so much so it caught the sump of our car. Comfy bed, but a with a plastic sheet underneath and a heavy duvet, far too hot. At over 200 euros for 1 night, we did not expect to have to strip the bed and empty the bin or check out by 10am .

Great place, but...

Brand New, very comfortable room. The bed linens were superior in every way. The room was brand new, clean, and overlooking a nice garden. Birds chirping, cool weather, and no noise. Heaven!

I would have gone the Full Monty w/a 10/10 for this place, but cannot because I we did have to climb 3 Floors of stairs to get to our room, and I think that should be disclosed (which it is not), especially for older travellers or those with large bags or suitcases. I loved the stairs, they are beautiful, but if i had had a large suitcase or bag and had to climb those stairs, i would have been hating life.
