Our single level 1,650 square foot condo, which features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, is located in Avon Colorado at the base of the west entrance of Beaver Creek Resort. It is all about its exceptional location, with beautiful views of the mountains, providing access to your favorite activities. It is located a mere ten minute walk to downtown Avon with a free shuttle to the ski mountain.
Our condo features all of the comforts of home with access to a heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor patio with fireplace and hot tub, fitness center, steam room, reading room, youth game room, adult sports lounge, ski storage lockers, underground and outdoor parking and, during ski season, a daily shuttle to both Vail and Beaver Creek Villages. Beauty is in the details of The Ascent. Each residence features attractively appointed granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, washer and dryer in the home and dark wood floors.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

We had a fantastic 3 bedroom 3 bath in Ascent. The location is just at the bottom of BC village and walkable to everything in Avon. There is a few shuttle that is easy to use but you have to make a reservation. We never had any trouble with the shuttle. The place is Clean with plenty of room and great amenities. The ski locker is spacious and has boot warmers. Check in and check out was super easy. There was not even any requirements requested to check out. We usually cook at home because of the kids andThe place was well stocked with all spices. It was quiet and clean. My family had a great time. We will definitely come back. This place is perfect.

This property was well cared for and perfect for a weekend getaway with my family. Extremely close to a beautiful walking trail and a very short drive to Beaver Creek resort. The rec rooms and pool were so fun for my little ones. We went to watch the leaves changing colors, but hope to be back to snowboard this winter.

The shuttle schedule is a joke. The earliest they would take us to Vail was 10am. I think it only worked for us one time out of 4 days of skiing.

This is our second year of staying at this condo at the Ascent in Avon. Such a great unit, convenient location, super amenities (especially the wonderful game rooms, work out room and pool/jacuzzi area) and condo stocked with everything you need. Brian is also very responsive. We will definitely stay there again!

Expectation fell short!!!
First family vacation in 2 years because of Covid and we did a great deal of research and decided on The Ascent in Avon. Unfortunately it was a trip that was very unfortunate and the best part was leaving. My wife and I both work full time so if we go on vacation we appreciate a comfortable place to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Neither occurred in at 309 the ascent. The Ascent we found out turns off all AC to the building October 1. During the entire trip our unit stayed approximately 77-81 degrees during the day with the windows open! I took pictures of the thermostat each night at 10:30 pm, and the thermostat registered 75-78 depending on the night. The manager downstairs let us borrow an oscillating fan to go with the other 4 found in the unit so that we had one in each room. (THE UNIT HAD 4 OSCILLATING FANS IN THE ClOSETS - SHOULD HAVE BEEN A CLUE) The building was so warm and of course heat rises so it was difficult to cool the unit down. Typically by midnight the temperature in the unit dropped to 72.
The master bedroom bed was comfortable. The bedroom with 2 twin beds was nice. However, the third room with a king where my wife and I slept was horrible. The mattress casing facing the bathroom was broken. So I had to sleep on the sofa after first night because it was so uncomfortable. Seriously the sofa was 10X better than the bed.
So if you enjoy seeing a chiropractor on a daily basis and don’t mind sweating day and into the night then this is the place. We spoke to the manager on duty on the main floor. They said if we had booked directly with them East West then they would have taken care of us and put us in a new unit immediately but because we booked through VRBO we were stuck. The manager on main floor did check the bed and agreed it was broken. Good luck we will not be returning.

Great condo. Has everything you need and more.
Very nice condo with plenty of space for a family. Very nicely kept and decorated. Complex had plenty to do on site. A variety of places to go and to do within walking distance and the views from the patio were so nice. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay there again!

Good place and location
Comfortable place for a group of 6. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable. It was very nice having two bedrooms with own bathrooms. Really liked the playroom downstairs. Checkin/out was easy although instructions are long; there are a few things they ask before checkout that are not asked at a hotel such as washing towels, running dishwasher and taking out the trash. Couple other things to note, the front desk was closed on weekends. Found a warning note on the car that said we needed a parking pass from the front desk but the front desk was closed before we got there. Response from property manager was prompt however. There is a bit of an odor when you first walk into the unit. Could be the cleaning products or just lack of ventilation. Vrbo checkout said 11am but actual checkout is 10am. We were able to checkout at 11.

We loved our unit; fantastic, convenient location. Furnishings are top notch, facility is very nice and kids loved all the amenities. We appreciated the ski lockers and made full use of the ski shuttle every day. Brian was very easy to work with, everything was as advertised and very easy to check in and out. What a convenient location and such a beautiful facility. Our condo 309 was beautifully decorated, very spacious and clean and equipped with everything you would need. Brian was very helpful, even getting us a pack n play for our grand baby. The grand kids LOVED the game rooms and the pool! We highly recommnend it and will definitely stay here again!

Mountain get away
My family and I have been coming to the Vail valley for the past 10 years. We have stayed most often in a nearby resort hotel. This condo at the Ascent was a far greater experience. We loved getting to be so close to the center of town and meet some of the other owners. We loved it and would highly recommend it and will be back next year in hopefully the same condo!

Avon spacious condo
This is a wonderful condominium with fabulous location and amenities. Our party of 6 adults enjoyed immensely. Lots of space to gather, relax, dine and also have time apart. Note the shuttle to Vail only runs 1 time per day and did not suit our schedule— the shuttle mainly serves Beaver Creek. Therefore we drove and paid garage parking of $30/day. Also, if you plan to cook there are no basics in the condo — salt and pepper that’s it. Plenty of cookware though. Also the common areas shut down at 10:00 pm for quiet hours.
