Our beautiful mountain condo has been completely updated for your comfort.
This is a quiet top floor (third floor) 2bd 2ba condo overlooking the Eagle River. 1185 Sq Ft.
Enjoy natural light, mountain and river views.
Warm up with the fireplace or private in-room sauna at the end of day.
The unit is set away from any highway noise.
Open up the sliding glass doors for fresh mountain air and the sounds of the Eagle River.
The Master bedroom includes a King bed, sliding glass door that opens up to the patio and Eagle River and a private bath including a sauna and rain shower.
The over-sized guest room has a queen-sized bed with a twin bunk bed above and a twin trundle bed underneath. The guest room also has a tv and private balcony.
There is an additional full sized bathroom just outside the guest room complete with jetted tub and shower.
For additional guests, pull out the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room and snuggle up in front of the wood burning fireplace.
There is a private washer (Miele WXD160 WCS installed in April 2024) and dryer (Miele TXR860WP Eco & Steam installed in April 2024) in the unit for your convenience.
The condo accommodates 6 guests comfortably.
Our large dining table seats up to 6 guests and is a great spot for family games or cards. All linens are provided.
The community pool and hot tub (also overlooking the Eagle River) are conveniently located just down the stairs from our unit. There are towels available in our unit for pool and hot tub use. The pool is typically open June through September; the hot tub is open year round. Occasionally the pool and/or hot tub may be closed for routine maintenance or repair.
WiFi, a wood burning fireplace (with extra firewood on the deck), and a gas grill are available for your use.
A large mud room in the entryway is a great place to set extra gear.

Close to skiing at Beaver Creek (less than a mile to entrance) and 5 miles to Vail (right on the bus route). 28 miles to Copper Mountain, 45 miles to Breckenridge, 47 miles to Keystone, 50 miles to Arapahoe Basin, and 93 miles to Aspen. Historic Minturn is 5 miles away.

There is an on-site property manager in the SunRiver complex for emergencies only.
One dedicated covered parking spot and additional uncovered parking is available. Please note the complex cannot accommodate trailer or RV parking. Please also note there is no elevator; the unit is on the third floor and can only be accessed by stairs.
Directions:
From I-70 west, take the first EagleVail exit 169. Turn left at the stoplight and proceed 1 mile west on Hwy 6. Proceed through the round-a-bout at Post Blvd, continuing on Hwy 6. The SunRiver complex is the first right turn after the round-a-bout, directly across the street from the Shell station. After turning in to SunRiver, take an immediate right underneath building C and pull into the assigned parking spot for unit B302 on the right. Building B is located in the back corner of the complex by the pool area along the river.
Transportation:
- There is an ECO transit bus stop half a block from the condo along Hwy 6 that will travel to Avon (westbound to the Westin Riverfront Gondola that accesses Beaver Creek) or Vail (eastbound to the Vail Transportation Center) for $4 each way. Buses arrive every 15-30 minutes, and are an easy and convenient way to get around the valley! Current information can be found here: https://www.eaglecounty.us/loading
- Eco transit can also take you to the Edwards Riverwalk, which has a lot of shops and restaurants and is a favorite of locals in the Valley.
- Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available.
- The closest airport is Eagle County Regional Airport - 25 miles west of the condo. Denver International Airport 130 miles east of the condo.
- Colorado Mountain Express offers direct shuttle service from DIA to Eagle County as well.
Skier Parking:
- The Beaver Creek ski parking lots (Elk or Bear Lot) are located about 1 mile west of the condo on Highway 6. They charge $10/day or are free after 1pm. The VRBO pictures were misleading! Kitchen appliances are very old and should be replaced. (No ice maker, dishwasher held together with duct tape, microwave display hard to read, disposal only took liquids, etc. Entry system only worked part of the time and it took over 3 weeks to get a key. Took 2 days to get TV. The only ceiling fan did not work and 3 skylights created a lot of heat! The listing showed about 8 pictures on the walls. There were none! Of 5 lamps, 2 were held together with tape. Only the washing machine, dryer and gas grill worked properly.
We left early with no refund. If we had not prepaid for 5 weeks. would have moved elsewhere. I could say more, but what's the point!

Nice, clean property that was great for a ski weekend of Beaver Creek. Comfy accommodations and easy access. Furniture and unit were not worn which was nice. This could easily be a 5-star property if the owner addresses various issues (one bathroom sink not working, kitchen sink wobbly, duct-taped dishwasher and bathroom cabinet, bathtub panel separated, epoxy on exterior of washing machine).

Unit was in excellent condition and very clean. Great view of the river from the large balcony. The owner has done a great job thinking of all the details to make the stay more convenient- it is well equipped throughout with attention to detail. They seem to have thought of most everything. We would definitely stay here again and recommend.

This property was extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated with high end finishes throughout. The condo was well stocked and lacked nothing for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed listening to the sound of the river which was located just below our balcony! Communication with our host was excellent!

It looked a bit sad when we pulled in. We were nervous. Upon entering the condo everything was nice and clean. The back deck was amazing. The river was very pleasing.

Owner was not equipped for heatwave, more fans and curtains should be installed. Drain in bathroom sink did not drain. Beautiful view. Property older than appeared in listing. Pool unimpressive, looks much better in photos. We reached out to owner about heat but did not feel he was especially helpful. We bought an extra fan. Big windows were uncovered and made thing’s especially hot. Laundry door fell off the track and owner did not communicate that he would fix it. We fixed it ourselves.

PRO's: close enough to both Vail and BC for skiing.Place was comfortable. Hot tub not working during our stay but the in suite sauna was very nice and we used it every night. Garage across the street was also a great option for snacks and hand warmers.
CONS: No coffee options so bring your own (first for me in recent years as everywhere has a fully stocked Keurig setup), low on glassware for cocktails + wine. Bathroom sink did not drain well.

This condo was perfect for our ski strip to Vail and Beaver Creek. The location is so close to Avon, which provides tons of options for restaurants, grocery shopping, liquor stores, etc. Anything you need is a 3-4 minute drive. The location was also very convenient to ski both mountains. We drove to both Vail and Beaver Creek, and took advantage of the close parking options. The unit itself was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the real wood fireplace, heated bathroom floors, and the hot tub. The condo was fully stocked with all the kitchen utensils needed to make breakfast before we hit the slopes. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the host was great to work with. We had a quick question about the hot tub, which was answered within minutes, and a property manager even came by to check and make sure the question was addressed.

Beautiful condo with great amenities, inside the condo and outside.
Inside - the master bath is exceptional! The sauna and the heated floors are fantastic. The kitchen is fully equipped, the fireplace worked great and there was a full load of wood.
The only thing to be aware of - there is no TV in the smaller bedroom (it is in the picture) and the TV in the master bedroom did not work but the owner told me they were having that fixed.
Outside - good covered parking, access tp the hot tub and pool was easy and close by.
We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! We were in town for an event that night and so we made a mini vacation out of it. If I’m back in the area I would gladly stay again! My only regret is that we had such a limited time in such a beautiful place!

My husband, 15 year old son, and I loved our stay here. It was just close enough to Vail, retail centers, restaurants, etc., while distanced enough to feel like a serene retreat. We loved the river sounds and balcony view. A perfectly accommodating "base camp" for many wonderful adventures in the region!

Beautiful Condo and View
We stayed in Avon for 2 nights as we were passing through to Moab. The condo that had everything!! There is no AC, but there are fans in the master closet if you get warm - the weather could not have been more pleasant. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the river.
The location was perfect for visiting Vail. We also took a short trip to Leadville. We saw deer and a moose along the way. The restaurants and shops nearby were fantastic! Special shout out to Fattoria Restaurant in Avon - delicious!
We would definitely stay here again! The hosts thought of everything - and were very easy to contact.

Great property -- looks just like the pictures. The manager, Andrew, was excellent, and got back to us immediately when we had questions. The only thing to note is that this is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs, just keep that in mind. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Nice property / Excellent (Avon) Ski Accommodations
Nice property! This place was clean, comfortable, centrally located and exactly as described on VRBO. The management company (SkyRun) made it easy; the one person I dealt with was polite, professional and efficient. Even though we used very few of the condo amenities, it was well equipped and well stocked; including the kitchen. Public transportation to/from the ski area, Beaver Creek, was short walking distance from the condo front door. On this visit, Jan 18-21, it was only my buddy and I (2 adults), however, the condo would easily sleep 6-8 - (if needed). We would certainly return to this property given the opportunity. Great Stay in Vail for the Summer!
We have never been to Vail so we didn’t really know what to expect as far as location, but this place was perfect for us. The property is a little older, but that didn’t matter at all once we got into the condo- which was newly remodeled and so nice! It was perfect for our family of four! Everything was clean and well stocked, and our two kids (9 and 8) loved it! The river and mountain view were beautiful, and we kept the door opened to listen to the sounds of the river- it was so relaxing! At first we were worried about the location (again, we have never been to Vail) but I actually liked that it was close enough to everything to enjoy it, but still away from the town of Vail and Beaver Creek so that you feel like you are in the mountains. It was such a wonderful family vacation and we are so happy with this place. Also, the kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub and a swim after some hiking, horseback riding, and rafting. Andrew was very responsive and we had a great time! Thank you!!

Scenic location with convenient access
