Great location and very clean!

The room was very clean and modern! It is definitely a gem for the price. I enjoyed the fact that there was a Turkish ottoman in the bathroom to bathe because it was different and neat to experience. The hotel itself is located in a very vibrant part of the city. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants. Next door, there is a delicious restaurant. Please note there is no Uber in this town, but luckily there are several affordable taxis outside the hotel.

This hotel appears to be understaffed. My husband wanted an extra cover as the bed solely had one thin blanket. The staff member at the front desk said he would bring it to our room and never did. Also: there are no phones in the room, so you cannot call reception if you need something. The other issue was the AC, which appears to be nonexistent in Europe. This hotel also does not immediately inform you of tours. I had to ask them for information. Even with these minor issues, I still would recommend this hotel. It’s very affordable, so do not expect much.

Czystość i lokalizacja.

Temperatura i ciśnienie wody ciągle się zmieniały co sprawiło duże problemy podczas brania prysznica. Pokoje nie są dźwiękoszczelne jak jest podane w opisie pokoju i słychać hałasy z sąsiednich pokoi.

Небольшой номер. Хорошо для тусовки в старом городе. Остальное не подходит.

Местоположение как плюс. Мягкая кровать.

Окна выходили вод внутреннюю часть, постоянно ночью было шумно, кто-то в холе громко себя вел, персонал не реагировал. Утюга нет в гостинице. При раннем выезде не смогли даже собрать завтрак в дорогу, хотя спрашивали накануне в 6 вечера.

An excellent stay at a new and well-furnished hotel.

The location was excellent, close to the harbour and to the main district of izmir. The room was cosy, the bed comfortable, and included a kitchenette and fridge, and a clean bathroom.

There could have been a television, but this was a minor let down.

We were very satisfied with the Riva hotel, it is located in the very center of the city, in a quiet and silent place. The rooms were cleaned every day, we were very satisfied with their cleanliness. The staff of the hotel is very friendly, they help promptly when I ask for help. There is nothing I am dissatisfied with about the hotel. Thank you very much Riva Hotel, if I come to Izmir again, we will stay at your hotel again.

Catastrophique 😡

Malheureusement j’ai n’ai rien aimé

Les employés et les réceptionnistes font preuve d'une parade superficielle 😏 mais dès que vous leur parlez, vous découvrez qu'il vient de faire semblant ، Le petit déjeuner du matin a été désastreux, je n'étais jamais entré dans un hôtel auparavant et je n'ai pas trouvé de machine à café et ses accessoires tels que lait, cappuccino et autres, cet hôtel manque de ce service😡 et chaque matin il faut se courtiser et s'humilier pour prendre sa tasse de café😡, il y a aussi quelque chose de terrible the la chambre n'est jamais nettoyée qu'après commande urgente et insistance, nous avons senti que le prépaiement et nous l'avons demandé, mais en vain, nous avons terminé le séjour, nous sommes obligés 😤

Good Location

Location,cleanness, room for leave baggage, facilities. Mr Caner was very helpful and wrote the address and ways to go to the touristic places.

They charged us for early check in and it was the first time I heard about charge for early check in. Staff seems so busy, most talking on the phone and one of them (girl) was not helpful at all. She send us to another room(small) and when I complained and said it is not the room that I booked, after half an hour she said we changed room because elevator is out of function.

Highly suggested this place, we loved it!

Fabulous location (we highly suggest this neighbourhood to other travelers); it was close to top shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, sea, metro, tramway, ferry and bus stations. There is a Sunday marker near the hotel as well to buy cheap vegetable and we were able to cook at hotel with fresh food. Friendly and kind staff

Kitchen section was a bit dark and cleaning times was not clear to us (it seems to be some days in the morning and other days in the evening)

A little happiness

Great location in Alkansac. The staff at the hotel spoke a bit of English and were very easy to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if in Izmir we would definitely stay there again

+ location was food, close to the boulevard and restaurants

- the rooms smell like cigarette, even when they changed the room - the shower was not clean, the shower head had mold - poor noise islotation, all the noise in the street would come into the room - service at the reception was not good, also the lady did not speak English. When complaining about the smell, she told us to open the windows - no sufficient towels in the room

A place to feel home

The spacious room. The exellent place, close to all the nice small artistic cafe's and good restaurants. The staff, the boss of the hotel and all the staff are extremely helpfull and friendly and make you feel so welcome. I come here back many years because of this.

Its center of the Downtown Market.

it doesn’t have there Car Park, there is Paid Park and the hotel has only limited free Parks (only 3 parks) and the road of the park is very narrow.

That hotel is close to the embankment and there are lots of different cafe in walking distance. Clean and good value for

very nice location, clean, all needed amenities to cook something, polite people work there, good value for money, fast WI-FI

very subjective, but pillows are a bit stiff and bed linen is kind of worn. Anyway these are not huge things, I will come to the hotel again when have a chance

Good location, spacious rooms.

There was some noise at about 4 the first night, and it took some time to stop. Our room was not cleaned the next morning, because according to the reception we didn't ask for it, and on the 2nd day we found a cockroach in the bathroom, which wasn't a very pleasant encounter.

If location and price is main criteria this is a good hotel.

Good central location. Great choice of bars and places to eat

Limited cooking facilties. Not much utensils. One plate. Not sure how often housekeeping comes in, we were there 3 days without anyone coming in. Had to ask reception for toilet paper. Dud not like the notice in the room about being charged for soiled bedding/towels! These issues should be dealt with individually. I don't expect a good view in a city hotel but looking out onto rubbish is not nice.
