Perfect stay in BGC

Staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and clean, have all facilities that you need. Breakfast has many options and is all delicious.

Un scam.

L'emplacement dans BGC est idéal. La vue de la chambre est super.

Je ne comprends pas la somme que j'ai payé pour cet hôtel. Ce n'est PAS un hôtel 5 étoiles. L'endroit est vétuste, le mobilier est à changer. La piscine est à repeindre, il n'y a pas de coussin sur les chaises et transats, l'eau est vraiment trop froide. Dans ma chambre, la doublure des chaises étaient arrachées (voir photo). Les meubles sont rayés, tâchés et vieillissants, leur vernis est craquelé. Les tapis/moquettes sont rapiécés et gondolent : il est difficile d'y faire rouler votre valise. La salle de sport propose un équipement dépassé datant d'il y a une vingtaine d'années : l'écran des tapis roulants est dysfonctionnel par exemple. Le petit-déjeuner, bien que fourni, ne propose pas de croissants. Inacceptable à ce prix. Le service de chambre est catastrophique : travaillant dans la chambre, le personnel me contacte pour savoir à quelle heure le ménage pourra être fait. Je demande à ce que le ménage soit fait durant l'après-midi lors de mon absence sur une longue plage horaire précise. A mon retour à 18h et malgré plus de deux heures d'absence rien n'est fait. J'aurais finalement le droit à un nettoyage bâclé, le personnel oubliant de vider les poubelles par exemple. La vieille machine à laver de ma chambre était dysfonctionnelle, mon linge fut emprisonné durant toute la nuit, la porte à dû être cassée en urgence le lendemain matin. Du coup mon linge n'était pas sec lors de mon départ. J'ai dû continuer mon voyage avec du linge mouillé. Cet événement m'a empêché de profiter de ma dernière matinée. Il y aurait encore beaucoup à dire mais allons à l'essentiel : cet hôtel n'est PAS un hôtel 5 étoiles, le prix n'est justifié en rien. C'est une arnaque, un scam. Je déconseille fortement.

Exceptional

Ascott was a nice surprise. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and got upgraded to a 3 bedroom. Thank you Ascott. We are a family of 5 and we were definitely comfortable. The decor was very tasteful. The kitchen was well equipped, which also includes a washer and dryer. The breakfast was excellent, great variety of food. Very convenient location. We walked to the nearby mall and restaurants. The pool was small but our boys enjoyed their morning swims. Would definitely stay here again or will try their other location in Makati.

Excellent

The room was definitely big although it was on the 7th floor along with gym area and swimming pool floor, and it was a bit loud and crowded at times, especially when using the elevators. All and all it was a great stay.

The Buffet area was a bit crowded and all the utensils were submerged into the tray/food. Need to pay more attention on details with hygiene etc. I have to say all your staff were courteous and willing to help.

Best hotel I stayed at in Manila

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Location is very good, only 1 block away from Bonafcio High Street so plenty to shop and eat around the area. Room also had a washing machine and dryer which made it handy for longer stays. Kitchen had a full size fridge and microwave. Breakfast has a good variety and taste good.

In the bathroom, the powerpoint is not strong enough to use a hairdryer, only shavers.

Superb

The room was well equipped as a studio apartment and we were able to prepare simple meals. The breakfast had a variety of selections. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood.

Great stay

The room was clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. One thing that I enjoyed very much was the shower. After a long day out, coming back to the room and hit the shower was the best feeling ever! the water temperature and pressure was just perfect. The bed comfort cannot be beat! I took the advantage to use the gym. The gym are well maintained and all equipment are in good condition. The buffet breakfast served local and international cuisine, it’s not much but enjoyable. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. Walkable to the nearest malls and cafes surrounding the hotel. Excellent property and very convenient to get around. Overall, I had a great experience with the Ascott BGC, staff was incredibly helpful and the amenities were great. The room was clean, comfortable and a perfect place to have any celebration.

- The location. Very short walking distance to good restaurants. - The suites were very spacious and well-appointed.

The buffet breakfast was underwhelming. The omelets were cooked upon ordering but were very bland. The cold cuts, especially the salami, were also tasteless.

Perfect Stay

It might be a bit expensive but the room, location, amenities, and service made it highly justifiable. All of the staff we met exceeded my service expectation. Special mention to the people greeting us at the reception, my sister lost her phone on our Grab ride and they offer us to contact Grab to locate it. Smooth check-in and the room (rather the apartment) assigned to us is super spacious, everything we need is there and the view of the city is amazing. I'll definitely be back when my husband and I stay in BGC.
