Very disappointing stay would not recommend

The location was good close to Forbestown with lots of restaurants and cafes.

There were several disappointing aspects to this property. First of all, the unit was only partially cleaned, with some areas in the kitchen having a smell. There were not enough towels, no laundry detergent for the washer that was there and problems with water draining out of the shower into the bathroom floor. The worse part of the entire experience and stay was communication with the property manager. Michelle was very slow at responding back, she only communicated Tagalog despite me not understanding and replying in English, and she did not communicate with us about the parking stalls. In the end, we paid more for the parking stall than what was listed on booking.com. To me this is false advertising in which she blamed it on the website. Simply unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here.

Location, location, location! One of the best spots in BGC, a short stroll from an abundance of restaurants, bars and cafes. Rooms are large and spacious and generally well equipped and good communicators. Excellent value for size and location. As this isn't a hotel prior communication with the managers is critical to ensure a smooth check-in.

Some of the decor was a little dated.

Five star perfect great!

Everything was perfect! The unit is very beautiful and perfect. The building it is located in is a very upscale modern beautiful building. And the neighborhood is the best in all of Manila. Also it is in walking distance of just about everything you need including a terrific supermarket that's only a 5-minute walk away. Nothing could have been better than this place. Also you are in contact with AIZA and whenever you need anything she's right there for you. Highly recommended.

always a wonderful stay

it’s my 3rd time here and always a pleasure to come back. i would always choose this place because of it’s location, the price point, the level of security and the kindness of the staff, the room is very spacious clean and homey, and the quiet ambiance. special thanks to the staff for always allowing us to check in early. it means a lot. definitely coming back when i’m in the city.

It was fine, but the owner needs to fix that airconditioning unit.

The owner and the caretaker are very accommodating.

The air conditioning unit is the one that ruined my experience. It keeps on shutting down even if I already turned off the timer. It affected my sleeping experience. It's my first time to experience waking up multiple times because I am already drenched in sweat.

Not amused

The condo was OK, with a kitchen, all needed things inside. Boxspring bed. Big space.

I waited 45 minutes to come inside because the electronic locking was not working even I came from long trip from Germany. So it was 11 pm I was then inside. Next morning at 7.20am the guard woke me up with a call at the phone if my car is disturbing downstairs even I had none. At 8.30am the owner called me to smash me out and want me to pay. This happened 3 times. I was very angry because I wanted to sleep. Later at the lobby it needs 30 min until they where able to give me an valid invoice with a registration number..because it seems to be that they are private owners collect on cash even taxes without a bookings.

I liked the location since we had an event just close around.

The check-in process was too long even though we agreed on a meeting time. Actually the person we communicate with was not there. The internet was not working and also no hot water...
