ole reliable where you can have a good time but I think I will sunset this location and try a new more modern place if i

price is ok and I never had major issues but I have had issues.

the location while being close to where you want to walk to the area is kinda trashy. this is not the hotel’s fault but you do get harassed by beggars and the motorcycle men constantly. I have stayed for years but the rooms are out dated. the wifi is not strong all over and some rooms the a/c is really dated. the water coming out the pipes also have to be run for a few minutes before you use them and it has a smell. this trip the restaurant which is managed separately from the hotel was not fully stocked many items unavailable for the 5 days we stayed.

They In this hotel they hide prices in the rate, they put it in small letters at the end... they tell you it's so much and when you check in they charge you more than what is established... I've been to many places using booking.com and it's the first time that it happens to me... I think it's a bad practice, also no wiffi

Face towels needed

On my trip October 3rd-6th. HOTEL EUROPA WAS VERY EFFICIENT IN ACCESS TO MY LEISURELY ENDEAVORS. I FELT SAFE! THE YOUNG LADIES @ THE BAR WERE VERY ACOMODATING.

I DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THAT THUS HOTEL HAD NO FACE CLOTHES. ALSO I NEEDED FRESH TOWELS. I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK @ 4AM, @ND WAS TOLD MY TOLD WERE CHANGED THE PREVIOUS DAY,@ND THE PERSONAL WHO CHANGES WONT BE IN TIL' 9!💁💁💁💁.

I wont stay again.

Non customers started playing Latin music very very loud around 6 am. Woke all of us up. And the people at the front desk over charged my 2 brothers even they they had a confirmation number from booking.com. Bad business. The look Andy up front got and attitude and I advise not to book on booking.com if they don't honor the original price.

Booking.com prices do not match they're prices. So I advise them to investigate this hotel far as price hiking once you check in. From $5-10 more in person

Friendly staff at reception..,room was clean ..bed was clean.. bathroom was so so ..but acceptable...hot water to take showers

There was additional charges not mentiones when i have made the bookings, Have these charges were noted i had better option in a better hotel Disappointed

Superb

This place is a gem...cost effective ..well trained staff that mind their own business...if your a single male traveling you'll understand my meaning...and a clean pool no matter what time of the day you wanna go for a dip..... well worth the price.

Well..I've stayed here multiple times on vacation so obviously there isn't much I don't like....If I had to be picky I'd say the toilet paper kept in the. protective rolling casing is pretty annoying..I wanna be able to peel off more than a square of paper when I'm ready to go..

Nice place to stay in the middle of the strip.

Nice, clean, and accommodating. Paid for a night here to hold me over from that late night Santiago flight. Nice affordable spot.

Very good

2 beds kitchen then room has good ac and a nice bacony. There are 2 queen size beds in the room. The location of the condo is great and it has a pool and a bar.

The location

The staff were horrible, I messaged them regarding if they accepted a certain payment and they told me yes. I made the payment the next day I wanted to stay an extra day and the receptionist told me that I can’t make the payment the same way as I did the day before. The door in my room was broken also, it seem like they are short on staff

Exceptional

The two from desk staff women are absolutely great! Both need a raise and accolades for what they deal with on a daily basis. They are Saints!!! The bar staff outside as well will heal you from a hangover STAT with SOPA! Security is grade A as well. Both the day and night Security officers are excellent, the security even helped me get a cab at 7am To the airport because my ride didn't show up, now that's being professional!

A little noisy in the area but so what... not the hotels fault at all!
