La playa
No hay atenciones, la comida es de muy baja calidad, solo hay comida en horarios específicos ejemplo desayuno y comida y mientras estube, la asistencia es mala, un hotel todo incluido y solo dos platos diferente y ensalada verde, la peor experiencia de mi vida no vuelvo.

I liked the bed, it has plenty of space and the attention from one of the staff members. I also liked a cup of hot chocolate that I had in the morning. The location was good too. I did not use this service but we could order a snack to the room from 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
The staff: Like I said there was a girl who attend us very well, but other than that the staff wasn't very good. The person carrying the bags did not take us to the room, he just explained us how to get there and we were lost. There was no parking spot available or I don't know if there was and the staff just didn't tell us. I had to figure out where to park on my own.
About the food: We had very basic food for the price we paid, nothing fancy or impressive. They didn't have natural juices, only artificial ones, very sweet and bad tasting. so we had to ask for a soda, they gave us a very small glass and we had to ask many times because of it being ignored by the staff. Another thing you have to know is that at breakfast you cannot ask for soda. The room has a very very old fat and small television, it seems more like an old computer monitor than a tv, there was no iron in the room, and the refrigerator was also old but it worked well.

Es un Lugar para disfrutar en Familia y Relajarse un Poco y La Comida aunque poca variada es muy buena.
Los Yacuzzis son espectaculares
y están súper limpia todas las instalaciones
Los puntos negativo:
El bar está Muy lejos de la Piscina y también de la playa y tampoco tienen camareros debes ir por cada trago ósea se camina bastante.
No tiene variedad de tragos la bebida es Incípida, Los empleados del Lugar no son groceros Pero sí poco atentos.
La comida es Buena, pero no hay una variedad estensa, casi lo mismo de desayuno a cena
el restaurant a la carta italiano estába cerrado y el mexicano es Muy limitado
Los Shows nocturnos son Regulares.
Prácticamente no hay Snack Yá que lo ponen de 2 a 4pm dónde mismo está el buffet el cual queda Lejos de la piscina y otro de 11 pm a 1am pero sólo hamburguesas y Hot Dog para prepararlos uno mismo.

Está fue la peor experiencia vivida en este lugar. Ofrecen publicidad falsa, la recepción era muy incomoda y el personal muy lento, tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación pero no hubo ninguna diferencia, la primera habitación la puerta no tomaba seguro el aire nunca bajo de 30 grados siempre fue un horno el baño era viejo en las dos habitaciones fue lo mismo solo que en la segunda la puerta si tomaba el seguro. Este lugar Ofrece publicidad falsa no lo recomiendo a nadie. Tienen 3 restaurantes aparte del buffet. Solo te permitía reservar un restaurante una noche y no fue posible hacerlo porque para reservar tenia que ser la mañana del segundo día y estábamos esperando en la fila para poder reservar y no fue posible. La playa muy peligrosa para niños, las piscinas no tienen bares, para tomar una bebida había que hacer una fila. Fila para todo. Dos bares cerca de la playa y lejos de la piscina. Lo peor fue el aire acondicionado en la habitación por poco los niños se ponen malos. No creo que nadie la haya pasado bien en ese lugar.

Nada, fue horrible. Tuvimos que dejar el hospedaje al otro dia de llegar y habiamos reservado dos noches.
El servicio, el ambiente, la comida, la calidad-precio, nada estuvo bien en ese hotel. Deben de revisar como mejorar el servicio. La habitación horrible y sucia, las toallas rotas, las fachadas de pintura horribles, faltaba mucho aseo, mantenimiento y poco personal para atender a todos los huéspedes. Mucho ruido y personas corriendo con baja educación a pesar de letreros de silencio. Tuvimos que pedir reembolso e irnos a otro lugar, nada que ver con la publicidad de la web.

This is not a resort for tourist. It was filled with locals, rude kids and very crowded. The buffet was always crowded and dirty. The food was disgusting. My kids only liked the afternoon snack with burgers and fries which would run out very quick and not get refilled. The rooms we were given the sheets were stained and dirty, the towels were so old they were ripped from so many washes. the bathroom sink had no water and the door knob was broken. I felt like I was paying to stay at a dirty motel. After complaining that we were leaving we got a room upgrade which ruined my entire night since we then had to pack and move to another building. Service was still horrible since it was still the same buffet and bars. The bars don’t even serve you pina colada. Actually no one serves you anything unless you walk to a bar. Spend your money somewhere else. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was for free.

The restaurant and food selection is fine with me. It looks like they were just recooking some of the chicken and the veges that were not consumed but over all, the buffet restaurant looks okey. Not much selections on food items
What I didnt like was:
1. The room as publicized as superior room are in reality an inferior very poor quality rooms. I complain to the front desk and they said that superior rooms are equivalent to standard rooms and you can do an upgrade to de luxe room and pay additional. The rooms that they said is superior rooms, were an old inferior rooms without any coffee maker, iron to iron your clothes. Theres a very small table and a 15 inches tv same as the size of the desk top monitor. No ice bucket where you can drink something with ice. I have to request glasses so I can drink water stored in the fridge. The bed sheets were old sheets. I saw cockroches running around the bath room, etc.
2. I was told that theres a show every night and we were there in the theatre at 9:25 pm and they said the show will start at 9:45 but until 9:45 the show didnt start, so we left to the room. They are only playing music and no show that I have seen during my stay in that hotel.
3. The prices is not including a 28% tax so be very careful because when you compare their prices with the other hotels in the area (be live marien, dorado, and other 5 star hotel within the area), they are way way very expensive because they are publicising prices as discounted or promotion but they will charge you back an additional a 28% tax. so thats the catch. The front desk keep on repeating that it is the booking.com is the one deciding the prices and not the hotel. it is very disappointing to hear that if you complain, they pass it to booking.com. I dont want to hear that answer but the front desk keep on repeating that it is the client who have selected their rooms and are not very accomodating to allow some suggestions on whats best for the guest.
4. The service during the night is very horrible. If you call the front desk, it will take you long to wait and they are short of personnel. the operators does everything during the evening.
5. Reservation for 2 restaurant has to be in person. not by phon
